My patrol partner and I was driving down the highway towards Altis Metal Exports when we spotted a robbery happening. we decided to turn into Altis metals to investigate.
As soon as we arrived we were immediately met with gunfire. When we took down the first assailant, I was hiding behind a building to heal. In the middle of healing myself I was shot fatally by another civilian waiting behind the wall.

The 2 players I would have like to speak to aborted to lobby and was not on team-speak. The way they disconnected makes me believe that it might have been slightly dodgy.
I am prepared to believe that they panic so hard that they just constantly shot at us. Considering I did not have a chance to open a dialogue with the other players I do not know.

We didnt leave the server just respawned and myself and pigiero were on teamspeak for at least another hour or so.

You both aborted to lobby and disconnected as soon as you respawned. 

 
Do you have any evidence to back that up? And as I remember maybe we did disconnect that was due to the restart then we came back on in about 10-20 minutes but we were still on teamspeak as i said for at least another hour and for that rdm we were robbing them two gentlemen and thought they called the police panicked and opened fire didn't know if it was allowed or not

 
Lol we disconnected? Maybe because the server was restarting. We were on teamspeak the entire time so clearly you need to check more carefully.

Realistically, if you are robbing someone and you see police you shoot? And by the way, we didn't kill you, it was the guys who we were trying to rob and one had a rifle, so once again, check more carefully.

Edit : I said "get out now" and you decided to run and try to surround us, so not really RDM is it? 

The amount of times police see someone (me) getting killed and do nothing to the guys who killed me is ridiculous as well.

Also this happened few minutes before the server restarted at 24:00, not 15:00?

You decided to open fire as soon as we arrived. You did not say anything before you open fired on us. 

The time was put in as 0015 and the forum did not format it correctly. 

 
But there is still insufficient evidence that we weren't on the teamspeak or the server after because I 100% was still online.

And anyhow I'd like to sincerely apologize for the shooting haven't been on the server for too long and you know in the moment there's not much thinking we just panicked.

Like I said, I said "Get out of the car", to which you did get out and decided to try to surround us with two other police members.

Think logically - You rob someone, police are literally turning towards you, doubt there's not gonna be a gunfight, especially when it's obvious that you would've shot at us ( if you wouldn't shoot then it would be stupid )

 
Unfortunately you have to give more time then you did before opening fire on us. You also failed to initiate for your friend which gunned me and my patrol partner down. 
For the record there was only 2 of us.

I remember seeing 3, doesn't matter, we only killed one of you, the other guy (who we were robbing) was the one who killed your partner I believe.

 
You will find that Pigiero Killed me and John Teller killed my partner. John Teller was shot by the robber when my partner was shot.

Look at your youtube video, look at the kill feed. I did not kill anyone so don't write shit that I apparently killed you. I don't know what happened afterwards (because I was downed due to the gunfire as you didn't listen to what I said)

Well thats my fault John teller killed us both but you attempt and failed to kill us. The only demand you apparently made we to "get out of the car" but my action we based on the fact that you fired your weapon at us as soon as we arrived 

Also if you think you did nothing wrong then i am done replying untill staff askes me to.

I fired the weapon because you did get out of the car but tried to surround us, John Teller only killed you from what I remember because he got downed by the other cop so dont lie that we apparently killed you both.

This is a clear case of RDM by 2 very new members of the community.

However, Since this appeal has gone up @Pigiero and @Dovydasz have taken steps to speak to members staff to go through some of the rules. This is very good to see and shows that they are willing to learn from there mistakes. The Police did not help the situation much either. Driving straight into the middle of a robbery is not that smart and does nothing to help calm the robbers down. Then when you jump out your cars you say nothing at all whilst you are getting shot at either.  More could have been done by both sides here.

So, with all this in mind, I have come to the decision to give a warning to both players regarding the RDM. 

What I have heard is the line "I Suffer from Autism" now this can be only said by John Teller because at this point Pigiero has respawned.  This is not the sort of RP we expect here and I think you know this.  I have also been shown a video where you call someone a "Retard".  Admittedly they were winding you up but that does not excuse this sort of language.  

You will be receiving a ban for 1.2.
