Please (in detail) describe the incident: Phillip was arrested for a warrant from yesterday, we were taking him into the prison where he decided to disconnect from the server. In the warrant issued it also mentioned he done the same thing yesterday. Not much more to say really. Can see in the clip his handcuffs dropping to the floor

The player is already perma banned for another offence.
If you still wish to pursue this report I would need some clear evidence to identify the player as your current evidence does not show a session ID or similar.
