I hope you are well.

Today I would like to report Pendrew Winters for Fail Driving and possible RVDM.

I was involved with a bank robbery with members of grove on 06/04/2023 at roughly 21:30. We had very high quality roleplay with the police and hostages during the bank robbery and I believe both sides were satisfied with that situation. After the police complied with our demands we all split ways in several sultans and drove around the city to try and lose the police. I made way to Olympic freeway in attempts to lose the police. I took several U-Turns to try and lose the police. The road ahead was clear until a traffic car came speeding towards me. Initially he was going to pass me and couldve done a U-turn to make the situation more realistic. Instead, who I believe to be Pendrew winters, swerved and drove head on into my vehicle, cause the chase to come to a complete halt and forced my roleplay to be on foot.

After the situation and I wasnt occupied in roleplay, I requested Pendrew to come to discord to have a discussion. After joining, I explain that I would just like him to be honest with me about what happened. He claimed it was "head issues" however, all parties involved said there was no clear evidence of this. After I mentioned this to him, he seemed to get very agitated and rude towards myself and have a "strop". He then said "enjoy taking me to court" and then left, leaving me no chance to have a proper discussion. Hence me raising this report.

Yeah i admit to what i did i was tired off all the pursuits that was going on tonight so i decided to end it hastily. 

I lied when i said it was a head issue as i wanted it over and done with. You're welcome to ban me now. Nothing more to say on this

Alrighty then, after reviewing the evidence, including your response @SanguineI've come to the next conclusion:

At a high speed, to crash into somebody as you did would be really unrealistic, especially from a trained police officer who is there to value and save lives, therefore this would fall under Unrealistic driving and by so ends up with you breaking a rule.

@Theodore Valentinejust a small reminder, in certain scenarios this could be looked as NVL, so when being threatened and having a gun pointed at you, considering it's an RP server, you wouldn't really be running away from a gun or gun threats. 

Now, I don't understand why you were so quick and hasty with that situation, considering usually you wouldn't do such a thing, however, doesn't seem like you really care, and therefore I will be proceeding with a 1 day ban per the FBS.
