i was driving towards kavala when i nearly got run of the road by a quilin, i turn around to have a conversation with the people, but as soon as they turn around i start getting fired upon, i drive away as fast as i could, while hearing them shouting "stop shooting" which quite confuses me when they were the one shooting. i drove for about 1km before i got shot out of my vehicle where they left me for dead. after ive been shot i heard someone say "pull over" but by then its a bit late

Hello there,

@lowie, I'd like to request a video that is 3-5 minutes before the initial shooting started if possible, as currently I can not tell if there was an ongoing situation between you and the other group.

 
@lowie Will start with the report at hand first. Clear cut case of RDM. There was no chance or even attempted to provide any high quality RP from the other side and action will be taken.

The other thing i want to mention is your OOC interactions. Remember this is an adult community and everyone is meant to act like one.
