I was just driving past that area, when my friend spotted rebel running. I just came closer and he RDM me. We tried to resolve this situation and they said go to forums. http://prntscr.com/hcwpm6

We were in a active firefight as you pulled up , you're friend had a gun in the passenger seat and we could of killed him there and then but choose to roleplay and give you the opportunity to leave rather than straight up kill you , you then drove away to store your cash in the ATM and that's when your video begins.

You can clearly see in your video that your friend is set up on the hill and has already marked my location. You also have a way point marked on that location and was driving towards it and then was shot by me. Now for someone not being involved driving back into a gunfight were you have already been asked to leave is what makes me believe that you have edited this video to make it look like RDM and for the report to go in your favour.

I would ask you to upload a video of 5 minutes so we can see the initiation on yourself and your friend in the vehicle.

I'm waiting for a friend to get back online to see if he has a video from our side unfortunately i didn't record it, after being on this server for 2-3 years i only record things that i think i may be called out for.

Thank you for linking me a longer video. After watching it i can see that ive messed up abit here and this was just a MASSIVE mis-understanding from my part.

Let me explain it to you from my point of view.

I originally RP'ed and initiated on rebels that were driving the same car as you and also wearing the same green clothing as you, so when i saw you i was pretty much certain that it was the same people i told to leave due to the same car and clothes that was now back around the same area as the lads i told to leave before hand so i thought i was clear to shoot...it turns out from your longer video that you were actually a different person to the one's i originally spoke to. however, i wasn't to know this at the time because everything pointed to me thinking you were the same people (same car and clothes in the same area). as you can see, this was a very easy mistake to make due to the reasons i have told you above and i was pretty much certain at the time i pulled the trigger it was the same people i had previously spoken to... Now i can see it wasn't. 

All i can say is that im sorry that you got dragged into this in the way that you did and also for the BIG mis-understanding. I am also more than willing to compensate you for any gear you may have lost due to this silly but easily made mistake by myself. I hope you can see that this was an easy mistake to make and will accept my apology so we can resolve this issue and i can compensate you for the gear you lost.

I have had a look at this and from what I can see there was a mistake made by Pee Money - mistaken identity during a gunfight.

We generally do not ban for honest mistakes, provided we are convinced they are genuine and not an excuse. 

That being said, I will issue Pee Money with a warning, because while it was a mistake, it has led to someone dying undeservedly. You must be sure that the person you are shooting at is the same person you warned earlier; this is your responsibility and you take the risk of shooting the wrong person if they are in a vehicle and not a current threat (i.e. out of a vehicle with a gun out) and have left the area & apparently returned. Please bear in mind for the future, that players driving through a gunfight may not be aware that there is an active gunfight, and that there are only a limited number of car skins in the game.

Pee Money has offered to compensate you, Krokis, for his mistake so I will leave it up to you to contact him if you are going to change your mind and want to take him up on the offer to compensate you for your items lost.

Outcome: Warning issued to Pee Money for this mistake, please be more careful in future.
