Please (in detail) describe the incident

Simen left Poseidon on 16/10/2019 and with it lost access to his house within the Enforcer compound.
On the 18/11/2019 he requested to be whitelisted to allow him to come on and sell the house as this is not something we can do internally.

I did basic whitelisting for him to be able to access the compound and sell his property:

He told me that he had sold his house and had logged out.

While going through and locking up the compound after a raid on it I found that he in fact still owns the property.

I believe he instead of logging in to sell the property decided to log in and pay rent.

I have decided to not contact Simen further to this due to him telling me to my face that he had sold the property when he clearly did not, I gave this a couple days to see if the house was just glitched but it appears not.

@Simen would you care to state anything more behind your reasoning? Can you, as accurate as you can, explain your side from this and explain what you did exactly with your time with your temp whitelisting.

Walked to house.
Realised its a nice house.

Decided I wanted to keep house.

After explicitly saying to me something to the tune of 'You can remove my whitelisting, I have sold the house now'.

So the whole request to log in to sell your house was a lie to allow you to up your rent? What was your plan, leave the cops and re-join before your rent ran out in 2 months or someone noticed you still had the house?

Well in that case I'll end this shorter than normal since you've answered your side and with that, congratulations to Raptor on his new house and freshly paid-for rent.

Pretty stupid to abuse the chance you were given to sell your Poseidon house that no longer befits you and you really shouldn't have taken this chance which I would consider to be out-of-character to lie and go against the legitimite reason given to you, so not only do you now lose the house you shall not be recieving anything back from it including items within alongside a warning point applied to your account. Poseidon housing was designed and implemented for Poseidon as a reward system and is for them alone, you going out of your way to abuse an OOC situation to deny a part of that system is not really all that sportsman like nor what I would expect of decent players. Should have taken the kind chance given to you by Poseidon leadership to restrieve some of what you owned.

Wise up and think about it in the future instead of trying to be some troll or get one-over because you believe someone wronged you, whichever of those is your actual reasoning behind doing that. Your general attitude given in the report seeps of the latter motivation to me so again, wise up and use some common sense as this attitude only seems to come from the type of people who want rules that outline x,y,z on what they can and cannot do instead of using their brain for the chance to one-up or win against another.
