I'm not dealing with this report, but just to clarify, since this seems to be causing confusion. What you said, isn't the case. During an active gunfight, if you 'maintain eyes on, police OR rebel, you can continue the situation. Different story if you lose visual contact as you wouldn't be 100% sure it was the same vehicle, person.  

I understand why you are saying but the active gunfight was over as it was only the 1v1 and then It was finished with and had nothing to do with the other cops.

The 1st situation was still active because I-99 was involved throughout and continuously monitored and tracked you. You can see this in the video.

The 1st situation

the video actually shows the 2nd situations. However, it is very unfair for rebels to know when a situation is over with cops because there is almost a 0% chance someone will know that there is an i-99 in the air following them and If this was a rebel on rebel situation I’m sorry it would be straight up RDM and I don’t see how cops are allowed to get away with this type of behaviour. If an IB member was executed and it was watched by our heli and we started raiding their base, knowing with full intent they are likely to respond to it just to be able to shoot them without saying any words to would be clear RDM and bait so how is this acceptable AT ALL for the police to? It’s just unfair.

Im sorry for ranting I’m just trying to stress my point.

In this case Albiston  the tools that the Police use paid off. You have just killed police officers and let your guard down.
Now of course the Police have tools to get you alive but they considered the situation to still be dangerous and took you out.

You guys dropped your guard and did not expect this. We don't see any wrong doings here as this was a direct consequence to what happened merely minutes after.
