I died In Kavala Square and the police officer starts Dragging me, then puts his hands on his head and put them back down again [To run wile dragging] and was exploiting in the green zone. I was told by an admin to report as he cant do anything unless he saw it.

in this report in the game i tried to move the player off the road as it is my job as a police officer but when i try to drag him i could not move so i had to press the following keys shifft j so i could move with the player it is a problem that i have been having for sume time now i dont know why it is happening.

the player did not tried to resolve with me just went in straight to a report if he come to talk to me on teamspeak i would have told him what the problem was and why i hat to press the following keys shift j to move him

I Went to an admin to try to resolve the problem because i was told not to go to police liaison for server rule breaks and the Admin said to report on the forums as he cant do anything if he did not see it. So i was told to go to the forums by an admin.

@cammo308 why did you not just ask your mate to drag him or at least walk and not sprint away?

I honestly don't see much of an issue here, Yes pressing shift J in order to run faster while dragging is an exploit but he was experiencing a bug not allowing him to drag you and that's one of the known few fixes, Infact i'm a little bit confused as to why you've reported him for this anyways and without attempting to resolve the situation? honestly seems like you're only out to get the officer banned and I feel this report is extremely petty as a whole. 

@cammo308 in the future try holding shift while pressing S. usually manages to fix it aslong as you're holding shift down while moving backwards. Other than that it's clear that you didn't use this "exploit" with any malicious intent nor did you use it to your advantage,  You were simply trying to fix a bug.
