I went to get my helicopter and some rampant hobo who'd been trying to blow up helicopters for a while finally prevailed and smashed into me making me blow up.

This guy didn't ask me to come to ts or anything just wants revange.

I just tried to drive to the rebel and this guy shot me and my car lost control.

 
First of all I couldn't find you on TS and my game crashed when I alt+f10'd. Even if I had came back in game (Server was full) to my knowledge you were just here to break rules as you'd been trying to blow up helicopters there for a while. 

Also in the video it looks like you have no intention of stopping and that's why Sonicz shot you as he's warned you not to try and blow up helicopters (to my knowledge).

The person that shot you wasn't my friend. I was the only person on the server in my gang as they went to do a meth run when I arrived at the outpost I believe.

 
The server was full as it usually is at this time. Believe me I don't like making reports (this is my first one) but the fact you'd been trying to blow up other helicopters made me believe you were just here on this community to break rules. Perhaps @Soniczcould provide some insight as to your actions involving helicopters before I came down from the tower... 

 
I think you're missing the point. You weren't on TS as I looked for you and it was impossible for me to message you in-game.

 
At the speed your traveling before you were killed by the gunshot there was no way the offroad could be stopped.
