well there isn't really much to explain only police were chasing this truck and it vdmed me killing me and @TCK Jord . i would like to link my screen shots of when he combat logged just showing he logged off,i will get screen shots of when my gang member identified him after vdming me too and what ever evidence we have tomorrow but this is what i have for now .

now maybe  SPC Caboose can shed some information if he was the chasing officer in my vid and might of witnessed him VDMING me thanks lads .

I'm useless at tagging people if someone can tag @TCK Jord and SPC Caboose thanks .

I was there when this happened the guy in the video ollie has total disregard for the rules.  

Earlier on he combat logged when we tried to rob him at the oil seller and when asked in side chat after logging straight back on to the server he started swearing and saying ''and?'' we asked him to come to team speak but he said he didn't have team speak, after the server restarted i sent him a message ooc just saying it would be best if he read the rules as he was breaking many of them and not agreeing to join ts to speak with us he replied back to its just a game etc. i have some screen shots which I will add, i know this is not very relevant to this report but as it was the same person i thought it was necessary to comment.

After this he kept sending me random messages like this one for instance after I had died in game,

He combat logged about 23:45 and then these messages were after the 12am restart.

 
and he logged off not long after , maybe 6 mins or so im unsure if u can see the logs

im unsure of the time m8 but did you see it in kavala when he VDMED  me TCK Nevin

ok im just going to go off it being around 1am instead of 1pm from my own research., he was banned for another reason on 04/04/17 but he has also have recent run ins with situations like this where it is reported that he was driving over people while being shot at so seems that has not be learnt about. Due to the recent similer problems to this, i will be auctioning this on VDM as he has crossed the line too much, this will add onto his ban if does an appeal.
