It's quite evident in the video evidence. I'm stealing a dudes weed while being nice enough to give him a ride. When I pick up his friend who's been trying to ram me, things turn ugly and I decide to execute this peculiar fellow. Unfortunately this didn't work out on my end because of some server lag and they mow me down with the Zamak.
They ran me over several times after that but I figured this video would be enough.

The whole situation was very funny to me tho and i invited the lads on TS to try to explain things and have them read the rules. They did not want to do so and instead insulted me.

I would definitely say that was role play.

The part about being 'several times after that'  isn't true, I don't have any evidence to back that up. Once he got out and stood in front of the van we drove off; he basically put himself under the truck. We didn't run him over again we drove down the road and then turned around to go and get our other car, we were then fired at and both drove off again.

It should be noted that both myself and Oliver are new players, that being Oliver's first experience of the game and myself having purchased the game the other day and have less than 20 hours game time. We didn't have a clue what VDM was. As far as we were concerned our truck was being stolen and we needed to get it back.  

Also, this report filed over a case of VDM is quite controversial, considering I was ran over when he stole my truck initially. And then Petterson, when we stole my truck back. I didn't file a report 1. because I didn't know how to, and 2. because we were role playing

I sure as hell am not a staff member in any sort of way, so it is not my place to be saying this.. But I can't tell if that's meant to be a joke or a laughing threat.

Whichever staff member has to give me the warning point(s), I'm sorry, but I'm not going to listen to someone try and hide possible details of the event from before the video was started in addition to playfully telling a member that he will possibly be getting warning points because he is giving more insight on the situation which he witnessed first hand.

1. He was directly involved in the situation.

2. You did not even tell Oliver what would happen if he didn't get out of the truck. You literally just said "we'll see about that" and put 6 rounds into, from your POV, his head/neck area. Don't you think it would help to say "get out of the truck or you will be shot/killed" instead of just getting out and shooting him?

3. No idea how he didn't die, he probably switched seats on his end way before you started shooting, which is a good thing in my eyes. I've read reports where people got banned for just shooting the guy (in roleplay) only because they didn't warn them that they would be shot, even when the person was holding a gun to the other guy's head.

4. Where did you expect him to go? Try and back up while you were just actively shooting at him? And if you're going to say "go around me", you took a step closer to the truck after he switched seats, almost as if you wanted to be hit just so you could make this report and get him banned for spoiling your robbery.

He was trying to kill me for over 5 minutes by ramming the zamak with a red SUV. Purposely VDMing me when im on foot 3 times. Insulting me in sidechat when im trying to get them on ts to help them by explaining the rules and give them a few pointers since they are new to the server. And I'm the bad guy? Ofcourse.

Also I have better things to do than report players. 98% of the time I just solve it on TS and move on.
