Long story short, he comes up to me telling me to unlock my car, I unlock it he steals it before he runs off with it I lock him in it... As he is now locked in he continues to drive around in it and then VDM kills me by squishing me against a wall

Okay. So, to start, we were at the garage and you were typing how to unlock your car and so I helped you. Then, while we were doing other things you came up to us again in your hatchback sport. Just to mention not once during this whole situation did you use your microphone (he typed saying that he had one but couldn't be bothered to use it). I told you to unlock the vehicle to which you complied and I got in and started driving off. Once I realised you had locked me in I drove straight back and kept shouting at you to unlock the vehicle and you could have it back. The whole time I was there, you kept typing "lol" and sitting next to and saluting the vehicle. I can't remember how but I think my friends may have shot out the tyres and then I drove my vehicle into you at 1-2mph, not knowing it would do anything but it instead killed you. On realisation of the mistake I'd just made I told my friends to go and get you a defib and we revived you. It was only then that you let me out of the vehicle. I don't really know why you actually reported this, considering we revived you, and I would have been happy to give you a bit of money because of the guilt of my mistake. You also were threatening to report me, which depending on whether or not my friends have screenshots, I can prove later.

To the admin dealing with this report, I hold my hands up, I VDMed him. I didn't know it would do anything since I'd never had it happen to me before. I thought it would have just pressured him into unlocking the vehicle. I've never done anything like this before and I know it won't happen again after this and, I quickly tried to make up for my mistakes by getting him revived yet he still decided to go along with this report. I've been on this server for nearly 13 months now and I've never been in trouble for anything like this before so @avi312singh I am truly sorry for what I've done and it will never happen again. Thank you to the admin dealing with this for taking time to deal with this situation

Hey Ziffy,

I did not hear once you saying to unlock the vehicle, instead I thought you were running circles around me trolling me (which was very annoying at the time considering I was pretty much a fresh spawn), I have watched the full recording and you do seem to be saying something but your microphone is too low and there was no way I would have realised in game what you were saying (let alone realise you were saying anything tbf). The only time I heard you say something was at the end of the recording when you came up to me swearing, which from my point of view made me write this report, if you had not of done that considering from my POV what you did to me without any reason I would not have wrote this report because I felt that was completely unnecessary and toxic.

But if that's what you were saying then I would have unlocked my vehicle and then we could have been on our ways so i guess I can say apology accepted. With regards to my mic I had only realised my mic was not working once we engaged RP from here and that was my mistake, every time I have logged onto this server I have always had a working microphone but for some reason it was not working this time. I have never violated this rule before, and by time I realised it was too late for me to logout and exit as RP was already initiated (especially as being an SPC officer around 3 years ago and in the police force for a very long time, I know the importance of a mic and having it on all the time, I actually had my headset on but my mic was not working)

@avi312singh would you like to try and resolve this in TS then or would you already consider this resolved? By the way, the reason I said the stuff I did in the second video, was because I thought you were trolling me, by not letting me out and saluting, typing lol and sitting next to the car. Feel free to come to the OG lobby in TS if you want to talk about this situation.

Ziffy you should know much better than to be running into people regardless of the circumstances, as you've both taken the time to resolve I will only issue you with a warning that will remain on your record indefinently.
