Please (in detail) describe the incident

My gang gets into a gunfight and we decide we are outnumbered and pull out. One of my downed gang members won't be executed and we are told we can stretcher him out. While this is being talked about i decide to land 1.5 km out of the downed guy and 1.2 out of the closest known location of the gunfight. I get out (without grabbing my gun of my back), run to a house for cover till i can go pick him up) go back to my heli, get in and get shot. Before i landed there i wasn't involved in this situation.

We have a gunfight with SCF at Uranium buyer
You land 1.2km away from it
You jump out with a gun
You run towards a building to get cover.

And your telling me you werent involved?
Considering the closest OG was 200-500m away from you, it made it pretty damn clear to me that you were setting up to shoot OG.

Just to clarify to the staff reviewing this:
He is reporting me (OG Simen) because I executed him a few minutes later.
OG LordPastrymaster(Wiisy) is the one that shot him after I told him to as I was watching from above in a jet.

Edit: slightly confused why you have reported me considering you replied on teamspeak like everything was fine.

Sorry for replying - since i am not the one being reported. But i was involved in the situation, And i think my reply has got relevance to the report.

I am the one that apparently told Conor he could be stretched out. The only thing i said was along the lines of -"i shouldve been dead, im not going to execute you since you seem like a nice guy". Never at any point did i mention anything about it being safe for anyone to stretcher him out of the situation. 
That sense of security was brought upon you by your own gang,  not me (Gorgel B.).

I believe it's best that we close this situation out and cancel the report..

Another gang telling us information which could be true or not true, in roleplay that is completely up to us to make an educated decision or take a risk like you did.

This in my opinion is not RDM, only from what the fellas in the above comments have said..

according to server rules the person who give the go/decision on killing someone is the person responsible and not the person who took the shot. That is why i report you and not the one that killed me.

I jumped out with a gun on my back, never took it in my hands and you couldn't have known I was SCF (just imagine if I was a random person landing there because I had to go to uranium and I assumed it would be safe 1.2 km out) and obviously I wasn't aware I was that close to an OG member and if I was considered a threat then why take me out when I am about to take off and leave.

That was our mistake, I wasn't aware of that. Thank you for replying anyway it made the situation a bit more understandable.

For this report the continue we at least require a 5 minute video leading up to the situation. since both are saying things happened before this.
 

 
Action taken

So a person lands a helicopter, runs up to a house (Who knows, he might actually just run up to his own house?) then run back, never showing hostile action, never pulls out a weapon and is 1.1 km away from where you killed people. That is a clearcut case of RDM
