Please (in detail) describe the incident: we was set up at the Clinton avenue 24/7 shop to test police response times to possibly set up a kidnaping of police officers, we set the shop alarm of and was waiting for the officers to respond, 3 Officer responded to the shops alarm within the police van, we evaluated the situation and we outnumbered them (3 officers vs 8 Of us with Guns Bats and Knifes all out and telling them to put there hands up) the Bald officer proceeded to pull a Pistol out from his pockets and started to shoot at us, while having guns pointed at him and telling him to put his hands up. when the officer started to shoot we had to react and we shot all officer at the scene, while downed the other officers even said to there own officer "why the F**** did you shoot them? why did you do that? why did you shoot them?

In my opinion I believe that the officer was not valuing his life when been out numbered out gunned and surrounded the entire time.

So looking from the video I can see at the time of the officer pulls the gun the officers are 6 vs 3 with the cops having no weapons out. 
This shows the cops are at a clear disadvantage vs the robbers. At this time the officers should comply which 2 did.

The officer in question @Brandon Pigeonwas clearly outnumbered and should of complied and taken the loss in this situation. However, he does decided to pull his gun. 
Because of this you will receive a 1 day ban in line with the fair ban system. (G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.
