Situation:
Please see evidence attached.
Driving along when a hatchback sport overtakes me then brakes sharply in order to cause an accident in to the back of the defendants vehicle. He gets out and starts shooting at my ARAC Vehicle while I was on duty.

Rule Broken (2.2) - Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

Reasons why:
- No roleplay what so ever
- No time given to comply

You did not try to resolve it with me so dont lie! You told me to come to ts and i wanted to becuse it was a mistake i just wanted to shoot out you're tire and rp with you but my shoots werent that great and you got killed. I asked you several times what channel room you wanted to go in but you never answeared instead you called me a peice of crap and wanted to talk in side.

I did not try to cause an accident i wanted to overtake you and then pull to the side and talk with you about you standing in the middle of the road in kavala square. 

 
We spoke in side but you refused to answer as to why you RDM'd me. That is why this issue has been escalated here. I asked you to come on teamspeak and switched over to it, however you never turned up. Not sure random killing like that really needs an explanation on teamspeak anyway as we can see from the video evidence. Complete lack of RP and respect for the Roleplay community.

You shouldn't be shooting at me without significant Roleplay initiation anyway. 

Never referred to you as a "piece of crap" so please can you deal with this situation without the petty comments, that would be much appreciated.

Well i wanted to know what channel i should come to how else should i find you on teamspeak? The side isent for sorting things out thats why i wanted to take it on teamspeak. And i dident mean to rdm you i wanted to shoot out you're tire so i could talk to you but my shoots went abit off.

You might not have called me piece of crap but you called me something along the lines of utter usless. 

Im still willing to go on teamspeak and talk to you about it. And as i said i wanted to stop and talk to you about you blocking the road in the middle of kavala.

By the looks of things you've had a shady past with RDM, you obviously haven't learnt from the previous times that you have been banned.

It seems that even the creator of Roleplay.co.uk was willing to give you another chance but let down by you committing the same offence that you always make.

Bit late for Teamspeak now, you're obviously not going to change your behavior on the server so we'll wait for the Administrators to have a look at the case, ready to be taken further.

I have tried to contact TGSStarz in anyway i could find but no response this man clearly dosent want to resolve this.

Wich proves the this man wants or never wanted to resolve this.

As you've violated a permanent ban appeal for RDM lack of RP with the same offense, you may appeal again in another 6 months.
