What best describes this incident ?: Scammed then fail rp and not valuing life
Please (in detail) describe the incident: guy said he was selling car on twitter, we met up and he said he would transfer half the money so i did, he said "catch me if you can" then he ran away we shot him and he said he doesnt care if he dies. then he said he just moves city to city making money and doesnt care.
he gave me the id 256 which i later found it wasnt him so idk who it is.
So he stole 130k which id like back.

my voice isnt in the footage as i never really expected to have to record anything nor have i used it before, when the irish guy says he likes the night sky i was explaining that hes going to die and he says he liked watching the night sky, i said i wanted the money back and i have gopro footage which he then said he doesnt care and moves city to city aka server to server being an asshole.
when we were ontop of the hill he also combat logged and is id went from 256 to 583 when he came back
i sent the money to id 256, it was 130k
