Please (in detail) describe the incident: we was driving and came across a police incident and we was wondering what was going on next thing Yano we are being rammed into a wall by 4 police cars and got held at tazer point for no apparent reason at all this is one of two incidents that happened that I believe police are power gaming and abusing their powers for anymore information don't hessite to ask

hi there, good morning, this is regarding myself, would like to point out i did explain to you later on that my response was because the group you were driving around with were ramming officers and attacking them with weapons, i was attacked by a shovel, the vehicle you were in i had seen hit an officer, regardless if this was a mistake on your end running them over, you didn't stop, it's hit and run, plus ramming beforehand while we were chasing the bus, i talked to you after, gave you my badge number, tried to explain my reason for the response to the situation, you were tackled because you didn't follow the lawful orders, i followed the principals ask, tell, make. hope we can resolve this [my character name involved Kai Cortella and my character id involved 728 during the incident]. you were rammed by multiple other players, not just myself, i held the taser as a friend in your group had attacked me and the driver of your car rammed an officer, hope this clears some things up and gives a bit of understanding why what happened, happened. i'm unhappy that you are only showing enough to call it powergaming and not showing you guys ramming officers for 20 minutes and running one over.

Regarding running the officer over i explained to you that we got pulled over and that issue got resolved the lack of commutation in th3 department lead to you ramming us because you beloved that we was involved in an incident when we wasn't we was merely spectators and you had no valid reason to be using lethal force against someone who ain't running ain't threatening your life and ain't causing any public order I was giving you clear commands stating I'm not a threat and to put your tazer away you chose not to listen to my commands and carry on power tripping hence why I've reported you!

as i said, 3 other officers in cars ramming you before i got involved, lack of communication was not my fault, i witnessed you and the driver run an officer over, accident or not you never stopped, i didn't see you get pulled over, people have lied to us before when being stopped saying everything they can do get out of the situation, after witnessing the running over of an officer and then failing to stop, i personally doubted you were let go, that's why i didn't arrest you and i happily took you to the station and informed you that you weren't under arrest anymore, i told you my badge number and that you can make a report at any police stations front desk and also radio communicated with a SGT for you to speak with, the sergeant appeared to agree that the force was fair because your friend had attacked me with a shovel, none of your friends stopped and when they got out the vehicle, continued to run and attack the officers/etc, the use of force was at my discretion and my responsibility, you didn't follow the multiple orders to put your hands up, after using ask tell make, you were tackled, as i deemed that to be the appropriate response, you appear to be missing a lot of information in the report, you're attempting to make it look like what i did had no reasoning/etc and it's upsetting you're going so far as to make an ooc report, i showed respect to you after and support and you continued screaming at me and the sgt, when you're being chased and stopped for ramming police officers and failing to stop, in the roleplay scenario you don't make the commands and give orders i'm afraid, that's not how the police work in real life nor in rpuk i'm afraid.

When I'm the passenger of a car and I was not ramming anyone nor failing to stop and when I get out of a car and give you clear commands that I'm not a treat real life police would not point a tzaer at you and tackle you to the ground they have a normal conversation with you ypu even stated yourself in the clip that you had no clue what was going on you couldn't hear anything properly due to problems with your hearing or headset the whole reason of the complaint is to make adminds aware that police abuse there power witch it was you did! If you committed with your fellow officer and asked if this car had been pulled over and did a background check on the vichql before pulling it over you'd have had no reason to pull us over never mind using lethal force by slamming us into a wall to disable the car! What you did was abuse of power

i'm not going to argue over this anymore, this is my final reply unless staff request my input further, passenger does not mean crime free, you could of been arrested for TWOC, you were a willing passenger in a stolen car, you said it yourself, you got out of the vehicle to give me clear demands, proving i did not powergame, "Forcing a scenario where no matter the roleplay of the other party you will win”, this is a roleplay issue you can deal with in roleplay by filing a report to any police station, i have told you my badge number during the incident several times and taken you to a sergeant, with your logic every single officer would be banned every time they box a vehicle and point a taser at someone, (G1.5) Powergaming Forcing a scenario where no matter the roleplay of the other party you will win. Example: Roleplaying superpowers, roleplaying fatal injuries when they were only minor to avoid roleplaying with the emergency services, sealing buildings with cars to prevent entrance of other players, using knowledge of the rules within roleplay. my response aiming a taser at you then tackling after you failed to follow my basic ask tell make commands were justified because the car hit an officer and drove off to my knowledge, i was not informed over radio at all about this, the only reason i know now is because of your medal clip you have purposefully missed out key information to why you were boxed in, the only way the situation would have been different is if i went into the future and meta gamed by watching your video then went back to the moment.

Police are well within there rights to do everything that they did there. You sound way too stressed about this. Its just a game pal, try have fun. If they thought your involved in crime they absolutely can do that. Just because you dont agree with how they do it does not mean its powergaming.
