Please (in detail) describe the incident: So around 23:00 i left the MRPD cells and got on the Ballas radio frequency and quickly found out that one of my fellow ballas member had taken the G6 bus that transports prisons. I quickly got in a local and found them at Marabunta. When i turned up i saw that there was a few units chasing the bus already, i decided to stick with the convoy and see how this might end up in the end. ( I did say that i could TC them but i wanted them to see if they TCd first which obviously happened to long after i suggested it). I was already being TCd without any words given or said to me(not sure about the other ballas if they was told to leave or not). As you can see in the clip i carried on driving because i didn't want to lose the convoy at all. At Leigon my car started smoking so i go out to repair. As i have repaired it and now have got back into the convoy i thought that it was time to TC them back. As you can see in the clip after i have managed to successfully TCing the 2 units I got out to repair my car another unit pulled up but completely unrecognized by me. I didn't really pay attention to it as i thought they was just repairing their car at the same time as me. After i did a engine repair to my vehicle and was ready to go back and join in the pursuit all 4 of my tires have been quickly shot out and i have been bean bagged with no context behind it. To me this is RDM as i haven't seen that unit the whole time of the chase that was happening. As you can see near at the end of the clip not only they shot out the tires and bean bagged me they also just left the scene as if nothing had happened. At the end of the clip i did ask them to go QE with me but i changed my mind as i was already in a bad mood so i decided no to go QE with them.

I believe that those 2 officers could've delt with me in a whole different way instead of shooting my tires, bean bagging me and leaving me. In my eyes this is very unprofessional from their side, and its classed as RDM.

Why the sudden cut in footage at 4 minutes in?
 
Hello Logan hope all is well, it isn't a cut in the footage, my game started to freeze and if you continue watching the clip from that point on you can see that my game was very laggy for about 1min or so. I even fall through the bridge because of it.
 
What unravelled last night was Ballas took the G6 transport bus, we were following it to recover it. Several ballas in local vehicles were ramming police actively and intervening in the pursuit. The call was made to disable any vehicle getting involved. There is nothing random to what happened to you, I disabled your car to the point you could not chase it for a short time, and I also gave the order to bean bag you. The plan was to apprehend you but there was a call on the radio officers were being run over by a balla in a local car hence why you were left alone. You called me out on OOC and I did respond but you stated "There was no point bothering you a lot" , and there was no liaison to which we could've shown both sides. That's all from me.
 
Hello Robz hope all is well, the thing i don't get is, you pulled up after all of the other units left which means you never actually knew what local car i was in and i wasn't wearing anything to represent that i was a balla, I could've been a random civ.

Another thing i don't understand is what you mean by "you could not chase it for a short time". When you got to me i was already out of the car repairing it, which means ive already been slowed down by other officers, so in my opinion your decision was unneeded at all as i was already falling behind the convoy.
 
our vehicle was out of commission hence why we were late, crashed into a local and we repaired it. Because you were slowed down and were repairing means we can’t do anything further? Your own POV shows you were fully engrossed and happy to take out other cars but when consequences caught up to you it was “RDM” which means random. There was nothing random about it you were targeted and singled out, you were taken out by the element of surprise, were you preferring a full dialogue, unfortunately there was enough interaction for us to engage on you. Again you were left alone as there was a more critical situation at hand. In my opinion you were simply quite upset and your OOC message was a direct reflection. You were caught alone bean bagged tyres shot, I made the decision to leave you again.
 
But yet again, you didnt provide any sort of roleplay, you haven't told me to leave the area or any warning that i would be getting my tires shot at and bean bagged at all. If you was to warn me i would understand it, but 1) you arrived late so you have no clue what local i am in. 2) i aint wearing anything that represents me as a Balla. 3) No warning that i would be getting bean bagged and shot all off my tires off. 4) You and the other person in the BMW didnt provide any sort of roleplay.
 
You have repeated the same thing and I’ve told you twice over, you were called out and spotted it’s fine to be surprised, you don’t have to wear specific clothing, the description of the vehicle was all that was needed, you don’t need a warning while you are in the act of something . The only people ramming police in local cars are ballas on the high way. You had already rammed cars so what warning do you need? I just want to understand.

What about now? Would you be willing to talk this out now?

No sorry about that, had some important things to do these last couple of days but later on today and tomorrow i will most likely be able to liaise
 
Right okay, i will just go ahead and deal with this regardless then.

So, its very very clear this is an active situation already meaning you/your group have robbed the bus or are in the bus maybe a prisoner. I dont know, but its clear your group is after that bus and the police are protecting the bus and stopping people getting it. You have rammed police multiple times even saying "i killed one fed i killed one fed" when you hit them in legion square.

It is no surprise to me that these officers watched you fix your car, then disabled it again. Initially i thought they might have shot you but what they did there i believe was a smart move on their part. Certainly put you out the situation a little bit without actually doing anything to you.

Is it normal police procedure, maybe not. But it didnt kill or injur you, it just delayed you by about another 30/45 seconds after they were being playing bumper cars with you and your group for minutes. Also the way you worded your report makes you sound innocent to what was going on, you clearly were preparing to get involved in the bumper cars because you moved your repair kits to slot 1 and 2 before joining in. So that narrative will hold no weight here.
