Please (in detail) describe the incident
I was roleplaying with people at the airport, who I dissasociated myself with as they were asking me what gang I was part of and I responded with TCK, to which they responded with by asking me to say hello to one of our members. After this, some rebels role up and then procceed to threaten my life. I attempt to leave but shots start firing so I return fire, killing one and then getting shot in the process. 4 minutes after this their gang starts getting shot at, which they claim RDM on as they had not been initiated on and this situation does not involve me at all. Another 4 minutes after this Ninex runs up to me and shoots me in the head, executing me, with absolutely no roleplay.
My issue with this is that 8 minutes after a situation with me ends, I am executed with no roleplay whatsoever, which I believe comes under the RDM rule as this is a random situation. Their excuse for this was that they assumed that I was involved with the RDM'rs because they saw me with a gun (although I was down, and they saw me with a gun earlier than that as they were the ones that shot me). They had absolutely no reason to associate me with those people, as not at any point did I mention that I had any friends or anything as such, and at no point after I was downed was I a threat to them forcing them to execute me with such haste.
I did attempt to resolve this with Ninex, and although he was told by a staff team level 4 that the way it was described by both parties it seemed like RDM, he was still hesitant to admit it - I feel like he is finding any excuse to not admit he is in the wrong, as I agreed with him that if I showed him a video showing him that it was 8 minutes before I got executed he would see why he was in the wrong; he then asked for staff confirmation. I then went to get staff confirmation, which I achieved; he still denied it.
Please note that I do 'tab out' of the video at certain points, mostly to watch the video that I recorded of the inititation as I startd getting shot at almost instantly after my life was threatened which I was not happy about, but looking at it now there doesn't seem to be a problem with it as I noticed that people near me were getting robbed as well.
