We were chasing a quilin near Kavala, whilst shooting his tires he decides brake check us killing me and Miyagi. Afterwards we call him to liaison and he proceeds to call us "retarded" in OOC.

im the supplier of the video and also involved, you can see that this was intentional. as at there start you can see a message in OOC 'Failed Hard' and towards the end where he slammed the breaks he just puts lol as if its something to laugh about  

 
Another Factor to Add is, at the end he was 400+ meters away from the initial VDM, as he said the engine was broken so i dont understand if the vehicle went that slow, how did you end up 400+ meters away. Another factor to add is when I met him he kept on saying that we rammed him because he had no engine anymore.

Discriminitive behaviour is not tolorated on RPUK, neither is VDMing

From the videos provided I can clearly see that he did in fact brake check and this was not a case of him losing his engine and needing to stop, this is proven by the distance he travelled and even made it to the ATM.

So I will quoate the rules that have been broken here:

[SIZE=medium](1.2) Do not express discriminatory or otherwise offensive views. This is no place for racism, religious hatred, ageism, sexism, homophobia, gender or disability discrimination. - Permanent ban.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=medium](2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM) - Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc), will result in you receiving a ban. Three vehicles are excluded from this, MRAPS (Ifrits, Hunters and Striders) can ram other MRAPS in order to disable them, yet not to kill the passengers. This is allowed as these vehicles are the only vehicles ingame that can withstand being rammed. Please note that you need to initiate roleplay before attempting to ram an MRAP. (Please note - MRAPS don't need to be initiated on in the redzone) This is to prevent random ramming on site. (Three minutes of chasing also constitutes initiation of MRAP and MRAP ramming).[/SIZE]

As Nilsen is new to the server I will be issuing him a warning for this behavour which will be added to his account.
I strongly urge Nilson to take a good look at our server rules.
