Please (in detail) describe the incident: So some boys left Niko's gang "The Dons" and started running with me (Jason Astral) I was made aware that Niko was making threats towards Zack for leaving The Dons so I arranged to meet with Niko and sort it out (which I believed we did), a couple nights later (last night) Reece contacted us and said that he tried to have a normal conversation with Niko outside pillbox but ended up getting tackled and punched, I (Jason) obviously took that as "okay you want to take the piss out of me and not take me seriously" so we arranged to get him in zipties and have a more serious conversation, however a whole shit show happened instead, causing casualties and as you can see in the linked video - 00:18 - G2.4 NVL - 00:34 - G4.4 Not roleplaying injuries - 07:25 - G4.4 Not roleplaying injuries. this led to a whole other situation later that night which got resolved in QE with Jesse present, however NVL and Not RPing injuries is just something I take seriously because it ruins the RP and the whole scenario that's in place

So my POV is the rest of the lads I was rolling with already went to get niko before I turned up but they were moving off in the van when I decided to hit the van into a wall and we can box it in giving them the scare factor and the shock. When we got out the cars and aimed guns I began saying don’t drive of to the driver where he kept inching forward so I escalated it shouting “don’t fucking drive or I’ll kill you” to where Niko began saying my characters first name but not complying to my demands of me telling them to put their hands up which only 2 out of the 6 complied. They stayed in the van to and one of the back seat passengers called us out saying we are killing them or something to where I shot him in the head and then shouted “Don’t touch your fucking radios



Niko then decided to get out the van and began talking shit saying shoot me then ran at me throwing punches in return he was shot and put into a car but through the whole drive away he didn’t sound injured no /me of his k bleeding out or anything just shit talk on how he will kill me

I believe that everyone in this clip except 2 people didn’t value their lives to any extent


this clip is timed after Niko was shot, he was placed into my car and then taken to the roof of red car park where you can see the following events in Jason’s clip

First of all i never threatened zack, i try my best not to kill off anyone who leaves The Dons because the city is such a small place your bound to bump into them at some point and they'll most likelys be with a new gang that would possibly retaliate, second of all i didn't attack Reece Batz outside of pillbox, Reece and billy were having a laugh outside of pillbox and reece just so happened to mention it to alex, Jason has then took it upon himself to get offended by that leading to him and his friends shooting multiple people in the RV even though they had there hands up. This whole situation got resolved last night in QE with Jesse, we literally spoke for 1 hour and talked things over to which osiris said he would not be filing a report. but he has decided to report me anyways so here we are....He started the problem with me i didnt start one with him, he got dealt with and now hes doing everything he can to get me banned, i may have made some mistakes last night but i apologised for them in QE and spoke with Jesse, i held my hands up and explained i had been given some wrong information about certain rules which lead to me breaking them without being aware i was breaking them, thats my own fault for not reading the rules my self which i accepted last night and apologised for, for me this whole situation was resolved last night in QE thanks to Jesse.

Wdym he got dealt with cause we dumped you and you had no way of being saved multiple shots to the back and a few head shots later on so you had no survival way out of it and was put in the water along GOH so how would you possible remember the people who took and killed you when I know for a fact your mates couldn’t identify them due to them all changing clothes

you and your friends shot 2/3 people that got taken to pillbox and they heard me shout your name "micky" as i was taken away, your face wasn't covered properly so they knew exactly who you were and what crew your with, so they went out and got revenge, thats something you need to take up with the other people that were involved. and as for me not roleplaying my injuries this was cleared up last night, i told you i didnt realise how many times i had been shot and more specifically where i had been shot due to de-sync, the 3 staff members in the QE agreed with me that sometimes the person being shot doesn't always see or hear the shots. this whole situation was resolved last night.

That’s the point I’m making, THAT was resolved in QE with Jesse present, I made it very clear I was still going to go ahead and report THIS NVL AND NOT ROLEPLAYING INJURIES. This was not resolved in QE your reasoning for retaliating was

yes it was cleared up, like i mentioned in my previous message. due to De-Sync i wasn't aware of how many times i had been shot and also where i had been shot, i was having a lot of head problems in the RV when you pulled up and on top of the multi story car park and i was getting 2 frames per second although i could still hear everyone, what i could see on my screen basically looked like a PS1 game, i then was put into a sultan that didnt have a driver which then merged through the multi story car park too the 4th floor which then somehow drove out the car park without a driver then crashed into a brick wall and then i was disconnected from the game due too "server timed out" when i came back i had somehow spawned near the pier..How can i roleplay injuries that im not even aware of?? and as far the NVL i recognised micky straight away and i thought he was out on the rob so i thought he was trying to rob me not realising who i am because i was dressed up like walter white at the time. me and micky know each other from previous interactions and get along quite well so i was hoping he would recognise me and this would all be resolved right there and then, i didnt realise you guys were actually after me. i assumed because i looked completely different that he didnt recognise me.

This may be a bit of a big ask for the admin, but I’m organising an open mic comedy event this Saturday, if I get banned over what’s happened could you guys maybe postpone banning me until Sunday? I know it’s a weird request but I’ve put a lot of effort into organising the event and I know a lot of people are looking forward to it including myself, thank you

Hey @osiris4realz thank you for taking the time to report this incident.

So one of the first things I want to point out is that in the future going forward ensure that you provide 3-5 minutes of footage before the alleged rule break occurs as per the report requirements as listed on the Wiki.

Now looking at the evidence that has been attached to this report I must say its disappointing to see the blatant disregard for the rules in this scenario from @NikoDonovan you had 3/5 people that had guns aimed at yourself and instead of complying with their demands, you say "shut up you stupid cunt" & "shot us then you silly cunt" and more all while you've got multiple people with firearms aimed at yourself and then when you've been shot injured you've continued to keep up the same verbal abuse not showing any attempt to roleplay your injuries even if you were unsure of how many times you've been shot you still would have known you were shot and that's what injured you.
