Hobo stole my tempest covered so I decided to follow him and wait what will happen. Then Nicolas came and shot me for no apparent reason. I gave him 3 chances to explain himself but he failed all of those 3 chances.

Alright first thing I'd like to clarify is that,  I am Nicolas Brody.

You clearly pointed a gun at my gangmember and then started to shoot therefore I wanted to defend my friend whom you were shooting.

Body Glitching? If you mean picking up the weapon that was lying on the floor, I had no idea that was called body glitching and if that could be clarified by a admin then I'll never do that again.

You did not try to talk with me a single time so I don't know why you've crossed off " You tried to resolve the situation with the player(s) before reporting"

How come you did not RP and tell the hobo to go out of the vehicle but straight up shoot him the second you had a chance?

The weapon was on the ground 100%. I don't even know how to access any bodies as it just blocks me from accessing them.

If you say that you gave me 3 messages, then I'd like an admin to check the logs to see if that's true.

This scenario is an utter shambles. Either neither of you get banned for RDM or both of you. I'd recommend both parties here take a long look at the fine examples of roleplay to be found on the forums.
No bodyglitching occurred, guns drop when held. 
Shooting before speaking is NEVER a permitted option and next time both of you will receive bans.
