Good Afternoon,

I was driving on the main road from Kavala to the Airport with a friend, when two gentlemen overtook us in sports Hatchback's and pulled over out of our vision ahead. As I was overtaking them, without warning they pulled their handguns out and starting shooting; I was reportedly killed by a 'Nick Roosen'. I was unfortunately not able to resolve the situation in person, as he shortly disconnected and not returned. I have linked DashCam footage of myself and my friend below.

Next time say No on this as you did not try to resolve this with me.

And as you can't hear in you're recording i was screaming stop the go-karts, and you did not even made an attempt to pull over so I shot you.

And you're saying that i left the server shortly after but that's not true as i was driving away from the other Hatchback because he started shooting at me after I killed you.

I was on the server atleast another 20 mins after this. Than i left .

Next time send me the recording of this and i would have given you compensation for what ever you had on you because you could not hear me.

Wow, that's not exactly what I would call role play...

These go karts travel at 100 km/h, do you really expect me to have heard that?? As you said yourself, I could not hear it due to that, and therefore next time I would recommend getting back in your vehicle and trying again.

With regards to your bold comment on resolution, the server restarted 9 minutes after this incident, so you could not have been on for another 20 minutes straight, I checked the list as I was going to try and message you directly, but it did not appear. I imagine this is because you did not reconnect.

Regardless, I still believe this is RDM as the role play seen on all 3 videos as yet, is far from 'Quality' - read rule 2.2 (RDM) for more information on this if you plan to try this again.

Because the go-karts only go 100 I thought you easily heared me, and if you did not saw me in the list you should have tried looking in teamspeak.

About the roleplay I initiated and you did not stop( because you did not hear me but I did not know that) so i thought it was allowed to kill you but after speaking with an admin he said it was low RP. So i apologize

Have you watched my video? You can hear exactly what I did from my perspective.

Watching your side, I can't believe you think what you did was: A) proper role play, B) in anyway likely for me to hear passing at that speed, and C) in anyway enough time for me to comply with your order.

Regardless of whether you were on or not, I still think your actions warrant a ban, hence this being posted on here. The videos from both perspectives clearly show a very poor attempt of role play and as a further note to the above, more importantly you did not give me time to comply with your order which is also stated in the rule 2.2. Your actions are therefore an RDM as per the rule - sorry if you do not agree, but that it was I see.

Yes technicly i should get a ban. But I did not knew at that Time that you didn't hear me, You were not stopping so i thought i gave you enough Time and the Roleplay...ok yes it was more on the low-bad site.

But why is this still wourth a ban? I apologized, I will pay for you're gear. There are still multiple things I have to learn on the server,this was one of the things and now i know that i can't do this so I won't do this anymore.

Okay, decision time.

The shots were fired way to soon, not giving anyone a real chance of compliance. The speed on which was traveled at the time the ''initiation'' was given, should have made you realized: he probably did not hear me.

Especially referring to 7.1.4. Killing someone should be done with high quality RP not just ''Hands up or I shoot''.. Well, you didn't even say: Stop the go kart or I shoot, you just said: Stop the go kart twice, while it's on full speed, and when it didn't IMMEDIATELY went for the lethal solution. Kinda makes it look like you wanted to kill the driver anyway.

All in all, what I see here is very low quality RP, just looking for a reason to shoot someone and then doing it as well.
