Well i just spawned in and went to get a car out athira garage. I approached towards the car shop, at the same time i saw a man with an illegal firearm. I ran past him then i heard behind me, "alright, get your hands on your head i have multiple armed men in the area." i turn around and pull my pistol out faced towards the ground. I then proceeded to swap my talk channel as i did not have it on direct. Once i got it to direct he shot me.

I tried talking to him about the situation by coming to ts. We spoke and to be honest i told him what rule he broke which was 7.1.3 as i believed. He continued to argue against the fact that he didnt break rules. So what i did was i told him i would go speak to staff. I spoke to a member of staff and showed him evidence of him insulting me through ts chat saying that i was a child and if i got offended by that i shouldn't play in this community. After speaking to the staff member agreeing that it was poor rp as i had little time to react to this mans actions. He then gave me the advice to fill out this report which sounded like a good idea.

Once the conversation ended with this staff member i then told N1ck that i would be filling out a report as he refused to speak with me and the admin and told the admin "Not for bradley i dont, i dont like him." So with the amount of disrespect i received and the fact that he refused to be able to speak with me and the staff i decided to fill out the report. After i told him that he then tried saying sorry that he will give me comp. I refused the comp and told him that i was putting up this report. He then went on to say that it was a revenge report which it is not.

I know by pulling out the weapon was not the best idea but like the admin said he had control he should of gave me time. He should of only shot if i shot first.

Yes, this was shit RP, and it was a mistake. I tried to rob this man, and Half way through my initiation he pulled a gun and i panicked and shot him. I understand how this is low quality RP and i understand this is far below the standards on this server and that i will most likely have to pay for my actions, but i want the admins to know this is, this is not my standard level of RP and that it is far better and this was simply a mistake that wont ever happen again.

What could i of done to avoid this - i could of thought twice about the situation in hand, and that i could of not shot him and to see what his plan was, and just to let it pan out, rather than take the shot through worry of my loosing my stuff, at the end of the day this is a game, and i would rather loose my stuff 100 times over than be banned.

The reason for me not going to speak with him in support, because of what had happened in the lobby of his gang, i didn't want to speak to him as we ended up just arguing and we got nowhere. Looking back on it, i could of just gone to support and dealt with it, but stupidly i just said don't have time for him.

Why i said ''okay this is a revenge report'' In the lobby i was stating simple facts,and he was making up rules. I proved some of  the points he made were wrong, and once i had done that, he started picking at little things. This caused us to get into an argument, which is why i didn't want to go to support with him. I would of been more than happy to resolve it without him. Other reason being, before he went to support we both agreed that if i was wrong i would comp him, and if i was right he would apologise. So when jefke made the decision that it was low quality of RP, i sent Bradley a message saying i was more than happy to comp. He did refuse this and said he would just make a PR about it.

I just want everyone to know that this is not the real me, and that this doesn't happen, in a lot of situations a panic, and i don't know what to do, and this time it ends likes this. This server means a lot to me, i mean i spend all my day on it. I hope that this community can give me a second chance. I am also still willing to give him comp, no matter what the outcome of this report is. I know what i have done is wrong and i have re-read the rules to refresh them in my mind. I really do hope that i am given this chance so that i can prove this is not my normal actions and attitude to people and players and that i do and can provide good RP.I just really hope that i am given this chance and that i can prove this is not me, and that i don't know what the fuck i was thinking and doing.I think we both dealt with the situation badly, and that i must improve my communication skills with others,if i want to be apart of this community, which i 100% do.

@Brad231 is it right from your side that t-nick said about the comp part, im just trying to see if this was agreed. and also @T-Nick i understand why you shot kinda but please ease up on the trigger, you got a big rifle compare to his pistol. Also you have had previous experience in with the rules not long ago from what i can see, what makes this different?

What is different to the last situation - i think the key difference of this situation to the last, is that he pulled a gun and truthfully i did panic.

That is incorrect, you pulled me up to ts because you thought that i didn't threaten your life, and the rule we were talking about was a rule you said existed, the description of that rule being, there must me a ''verbal threat to life to initiate.'' That was the reason you asked me to ts, because you thought that me pointing a gun at you and saying put you hands up, wasn't a threat to your life. The conversation in the lobby was about that he didn't feel threatened and i didn't threaten him.

Pointing out also i had a pistol and you had a automatic rifle, i do know the rules and if i did do what you thought i was going to do i would be punished. But doesnt give you the reason to shoot me as you did not tell me "if you pull a weapon you'll be shot." Like i said we're just going round in circles now and i would rather this get sorted as soon as possible and i hope you have learnt a lesson or two from this.
