My friends car was stolen, we were just casually driving around and we found that car that was stolen. Then we tried to stop him, but he just rammed into us. Then our friend came to help us, but that dude just shot him. Then he said that we VDM, and he doesn't want to discuss it in teamspeak. In the videos, there is my view and the other friends view who got shot for no reason. There is lots of shit talking and it is in finnish. But you see the case in the video. There was no reason to ram into us and say that he will execute us and that when he shot my friend was just not needed. The video starts from where i got released from kidnapper, we were looking for my friends car. Then the thing starts when we found that car. My friends car got also scrapped by that dude.

Thank you for providing a video that clearly shows you ramming me.

You drove into me, changing the course of your car to collide with mine.

I was going to upload my video and report you but since you died I thought I would just leave it, you got your punishment in my eyes.

* the second video does not show your guy ramming again into the vehicle with a box truck, then jumping into my vehicle, it is my understanding, when vdmers or rdmers attack you, you have a right to defend yourself from them. I have to defend myself from a gang that just broke VDM 3 times in a row for me.

Without any initiation? You can hear part of my sentence on the video, I was just saving sections of the video as this happened. Your team just rammed me off the road almost killing me then you drive in with the box truck... they are all on the floor dead in a HOSTILE situation where I have a rifle out... you think it is fair RP to run in and try to drive off with my vehicle? Surely you heard the multiple shots I was making to make it clear it was a hostile area and i'm taking the tyres out on cars etc and threatening to execute your friends... running in like that is not valuing your life at all.

Was it necessary to shoot him, an unarmed man who was there just to help.

 
He was not there to help, he was part of your team who had just VDMed me, putting me in a position I would not have been in had you not broken the VDM rule.

I saw myself in an unfair position because of your gangs actions, I believe you rammed me off the road to get the vehicle back... why would I then allow one of you to take it? if you had shot my tyres out and attempted some RP that would be a totally different situation. This was not an RP scenario... therefore I did not treat it as one.

 
It seems it was V1ppe. I watched his video of who was driving to see what they were wearing, and in my video when they all lay there v1ppe is the one with matching clothing. I am sure they can confirm.

I am 90% sure that was V1ppe, but i still have to confirm that from him. 

Edit: We had 4 people in our car that crashed into n00ms car. @Ville came with his own car driving alone.

The moment you see me with the bodies on the floor I stopped my recording as I thought I would need that section as evidence, so I always stop my recording and save it, I thought the incident was over, this is what I was doing when the other guy tried to take the vehicle.

 
No, i used Nvidia shadow play so it records last 5 minutes. I took clip when we crashed. I took second clip when n00ms killed my friend. The part that i did not record was not that important, we were just talking and asking why did he ram into us and stuff like that.

 
So i have now gathered all the evidence i can i believe. The original video clearly show @V1ppe desync ramming @n00ms and then ramming him again causing you to die @Jonald. In this case right here it is not enough evidence of this RDM that you are speaking about so i will there for not be actioning anything against @n00ms.

On the other hand. I will be actioning a ban against you @V1ppe the video clearly shows you VDMing @n00ms and that is not allowed on our servers.
