Please (in detail) describe the incident: Basically just woke up to pay my tickets at the PD, two guys in a car then deliberately wait outside to insult me and call me a 'snitch' (insulting gang members for a firefight/deliberate action to get engaged with), then shoots me in front of 2 police [deliberately committing crimes in front of the police]. furthermore, this was just unfun situation and extremely low quality RP on behalf of these people who knew from the start what they wanted to do from the moment they entered this situation, frag someone.

although this is not related to the report, i'm personally disappointed having to wake up to people like this nearly everyday on a high quality roleplay server. not even yesterday something similar like this happened and we decided not to report them, it's frustrating having to deal with individuals don't understand the whole point of the server, high quality roleplay, not low quality roleplay, let alone a glorified frag server. this was far from high quality and I do hope staff take appropriate action, it sucks having to wake up everyday when we have to run into people like this everyday.

It is I that have shot you.
Please can you explain to me how I am either Baiting or Loitering? Unfortunately, I do not have a clip so can not show my POV, although don't think it is needed.
Loitering - 
I was at MRPD for about 15 seconds.

Baiting -
The fact you did not want to liaise is your option, but the fixed mindset you have reported me with is quite disrespectful "from the moment they entered this situation, they already knew what they were going to do, frag someone" This was not the case at all, I was merely looking for some RP. As I had been driving around for about 2-3 hours RPing with anyone I could find. Nothing I have done was expected to lead to a gunfight, However when you threaten my character who is currently in a state where he has almost nothing to lose, having everything taken away from him, shooting in front of police (Not the smartest thing to do) my character does not think about this consequence. However, I have not purposely made sure I shoot you in front of the police.

All in all, I have a few past altercations with vagos the past couple days, and was merely looking for some RP, something I dont think you were even bothered for stating "You Basically just woke up to pay my tickets at the PD". I think you havent bothered to liaise and instantly put up a report because you are unhappy with the outcome of the situation.

Hi, I'll go over a few points for you.

The fixed mindset was my conclusion based on your own very actions, you decided to wait outside MRPD to call not only a random person a snitch, but a gang member a snitch, the definition of baiting is to:

(G.13) "Taking deliberate actions to create a scenario where you get engaged with"

which to expand to the gang member side of things, it is clearly highlighted in the rules as:

(G.13) swearing at a group of gang members [undoubtedly calling a gang member a snitch is a lot worse than simply swearing at one]

you then go over the point of 'having nothing to lose', i am not a staff member and I will of course let staff have the final say, however, i will use my common sense to think that this is not an excuse to break the rules:

(G.13) deliberately committing crimes in front of the police

your line of RP, 'nothing left to lose', is incredibly vague and I believe is only an excuse to break the rules or provide low quality RP, if anyone went by this line of thinking, anyone would be able to commit RDM because they have nothing left to lose.

you then mention you had be driving around for about 2-3 hours RPing with anyone you can find, do you really think it is 'high quality roleplay' to go up to anyone, let alone a gang member to instigate them, then proceed to shoot them after you deliberately put them in that situation? if you had been driving around for 2-3 hours RPing with anyone you could find, I can only imagine how you treated the others, as I hope you didn't treat them the same as I did, instigating and insulting them, if this is your definition of 'RP'.

please think about my perspective, and how unfun this situation was for me. roleplay on this server is meant to be enjoyable for both parties, along with high quality, all you did was just shoot me in the head after you deliberately created a scenario to instigate and engage in a firefight, which is the definition of baiting.

as for the loitering, didnt seem like you had a valid RP reason to be there. im not fussed about it, just pointing it out.

Point 1:
I think you fail to understand that the character Mario is also a "gang member" and that I have not sworn at a "group of gang members" But a single person that happens to be a gang member. You just so happened to be the first person I saw and thought of someone to engage in some form of RP with you.

Point 2:
I think you have misunderstood this rule, While I did commit a crim in front of the cop, I have not intentionally made sure there was a cop there to witness me shooting you. I say I have "almost nothing to lose" not to think I can break the rules but merely give a context to my character's state of mind, as your short length of clip does not show this, and I neither have a clip. I have not committed RDM as you have just threatened that you would hurt my character if police were not there, but my character having "not much left to lose" does not care if police are there, this does not mean I would stray away from the rules.

Point 3:
Actually I had quite a high level of RP in my 2-3 hours, taking tours of the cypress penthouse, evading the police force on a bmx, all sorts. It is just you that have seemed to have a big issue with my willingness and wanting to RP. Insulting someone is not poor RP. Me insulting you was merely and opening line to talk to you as being a gang member myself, I know calling someone a snitch will always lead to some form of RP.

Point 4:
I think you are just using your past experiences to apply a prejudice view onto myself.

Hello @avaster- thanks for taking the time to make this report. Sorry for the delay in my response, ended up in k hole for two days straight.

Normally I'd request a longer clip for accusations of RDM - however given that in your provided clip it is clear to me that your situation with @Sticonly begun as you arrived in front of PD, I'm confident that there is no prior context in this scenario.

The clip however is not long enough to show if baiting/loitering has occurred.

Despite this - the clip shows yourself @Sticshooting @avaster's character after providing minimal roleplay. The fact that you consider the sentences, "Oi you filthy snitch" and "You" sufficient roleplay before shooting is frankly abysmal. You did not even bother to hang around to roleplay with @avasterafter you downed them, you instantly fled the area. Do better.
