Please (in detail) describe the incident: We kidnapped an officer who was alone in the casino car park to see if we could take his police baton from him without leaving him dead and as we ziptied him and put him in our vehicle another officer must of had a headache because he spawned in mid scenario... We fled the scene and got away from this other officer which then lead us to taking the capture to the hills - I had a knife to the officer and my friend had a bat to him while my other friend was searching him and then he decided he would pull his bat out mid roleplay to attack me which ultimately resulted in us having to murder him.

We couldve gone to TS and you couldve heard my side but instead you went straight to the forums which is fair enough. Youve also seen at the end of this footage the man in the monkey mask breaks character talking about the forums and rule playing the NVL rule too. I do not believe i have NVL'D as in the clip no weapons where aimed at me so i had seen this as a opportunity to try fight my way out, as i pull my baton out the man in the monkey mask aimed his knife at me at the same time, however by then my weapon was drawn so i went for the man who was aimed and opposed a threat. The other two people didnt have there weapons AIMED at me and nor  did the monkey mask man. If someone had there weapon AIMED at me i wouldve not taken the risk at all as it wouldve been NVL.

i have seen in previous reports where people have done similar to me and have not been banned for NVL so i am assuming it was not NVL, if this is NVL then fair enough, i wouldnt have done it if i knew however as i said i have seen similar reports and situations like this where it has been denied so thats why i didnt think it was a rule break.

Three versus one with a knife and bat out and you decide to retaliate okay, I haven't got anything else to add we'll leave it to the admins to decide...

Just to clear this up... If you listen to what I said, I said that when I go home on my computer I'll be posting this on the forums and stating you don't value your life is not rule breaking at all.

Alright, so its clear when you start watching the clip that there was three players armed with melee weapons surrounding the officer which the officer is obviously at a severe disadvantage, the civilians make clear demands on what they want the officer to drop "the Baton and Armors" which the officer fails to do and instead responds by taking out the baton and hitting the players robbing him which results in him getting stabbed and downed.

Once the officer was downed @Dontsnake was telling the officer of how that wasn't very smart and that it wasn't valuing his life then said "that he will be seeing him on the forums, when he gets back to his house on his computer" referencing that he will report him.

@Nex FuzeI do think you know what you could of improved on in this situation but just in case you don't if there is players surrounding you with weapons the best thing to do is value your life by complying with there demands not try and fight your way out of when you have a slim chance of living, but if they do have melee weapons and you think you may have a chance of getting away best thing to do his look for the opportunity (example, if they are at distance and you have a chance to escape) but if there right beside you not the smartest thing to try fight three players with a baton when they have knives and a baseball bat.

@Dontsnake telling players that you think that they have broken a rule and telling them that you are going to report them in character is not tolerated what so ever, everyone may have there own opinions on a situation and for you to say in character that they have broken a rule and that you are going to report them there is no need for it as you are breaking character yourself, you may have a chat OOC in TeamSpeak or Discord. In future if you think someone is breaking rules don't break character and telling them what they did wrong and that you are going to report them, stay in character and deal with it later.
