I am here today to write about the blatant mass RDM that happened yesterday. We, the Misfits, were asked by people from Auto Exotic to "kidnap" a person for a promotion they had earned as they didn't want to do it the boring way. After taking the people to a construction site in Little Seoul the initiation was started. Before the small initiation was about to end we saw a car pull up to us who we didn't know they were and get out of the vehicle with a two-handed weapon. After not saying a word (at least I didn't hear any and no one mentioned anything over radio) the person got into their car and we continued with our initiation. After the person had successfully been initiated we were all clapping as a celebration. During that someone saw the same person who was driving the same car as we saw previously pull out something that looked like a molotov. As they didn't have any police markings on them we assumed we were getting attacked by someone and we dispersed as we still thought we are going to get hit with a molotov and we were all in grouped up. After no talking from anyone we got flashbanged and then shot. We only found out it was police after most of us had gotten shot and saw the vests.

It is my opinion that this was clear cut RDM as no interaction was made before the flashbangs were thrown and the shooting started. As stated in the rules of RPUK under the rule G1.2 - "Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM.".

There was a chat in QE but as we didn't want to get into a shouting match with the police only some of our people stayed there so I wasn't present during that but what I've heard nothing was resolved in QE.

To add to the is in no way I do not want these officers seriously punished but this has to be brought up about this case because at-least 10 people got gunned down with no pervious interaction where most of us loosing guns to this and being arrested

The only time the police could have seen is with firearms in hand was at AE where the employee was taken but I believe we weren’t seen.

At the construction site not one of us had to brandish a firearm due to the person we took being a friends and finding out what we were doing but in the clip I will put below a multicoloured Itali GTO was seen inside the construction site with someone with no police marking out of it running around with a. AR to us it was suspicious but nothing was said and the guy drove of.

Now at the bottom of the construction site we were congratulating the employe for his promotion when one of us spotted the guy from the Itali GTO about to throw something not seeing police marking we through a Molotov was about to be thrown where we all scattered and drew weapons to defend our self to then be fired upon at different positions by ARS not until half way through the gunfight I notice it was police by my reaction in the clip.

We did go to QE which we talked about this situation but because of the scale of this it has to be brought to the Forums

After having a discussion with one of the higher ups in the police who was involved we are happy to close this ticket and pursue RP avenues of this event if this is okay with the staff leads.

Hello everyone!

Thank you for taking your time in making this report, and trust that we have taken time in processing and discussing this within our team.
It is clear from the evidence provided, that a "Flashbang" is thrown at the crowd without any form of prior roleplay, after which a firefight naturally ensues.

The person throwing the Flashbang, should have ensured that either they or their group (Police), provided sufficient high quality role play to warrant an attack, as they failed to do so, this incident is considered 'RDM', and directly violates rule G1.2 by consisting of an attack without engaging in any form of quality roleplay.


With the above in mind, the staff team's decision is as follows:
Price Laim - 38105.
Banned under G1.2 - 24H
