Annoyingly my recorder didn't capture the first part what happened was I was cutting diamonds then a heli landed up on the hill and just started shooting me without any communication so I drove off then that's when I realised my recorder wasn't recording the heli carried on chasing me then his mate turned up and got out of his car and started shooting at me i wish it had started recording from the start as this probably wont be enough evidence but that's what happened

Hi, i am Mr. meow. i don't understand what you keep saying by ''rdm'' has we never killed you. we did initiate on you because as soon has you heard our helicopter you drove off the diamond processing zone and never stopped. but we were aiming for your truck tires only. please you should also include in your video the fact that you ran into a green zone and store your truck full of diamond and start accusing us of rdm in OCC chat, because in my opinion, that is the real meta here. you shouldn't be able to run into a green zone and store your HMETT in the middle of a chase i don't get it..

I don't feel landing your heli and just openly shooting at me is valid rp that's the reason I drove off if someone shoots at me I'm going to drive away if standing still while you shoot at my hemett is rp then sorry but i didnt feel like being rdmed 3 times in a day party the reason i started recording sadly my recording software wasnt recording the first part where you just started shooting at me if you wana rp in that situation pull up in a car walk up to me where i can hear you not up in the hills in a heli and try disable my hemett before you even say a word to me i guessi should have put it down as  bad rp not rdm my bad

No you did not drove off because we shot at you, you drove off as soon as you heard our helicopter. and yes, we tried to disable your hmett.. how else are we supose to talk to you if you take off at the smallest sound you hear? you are being followed by an helicopter from 10 meters for 10 mins and do not stop, is shooting you that bad? or shall we ask you permission in occ chat?

it seems, all you want to do is diamonds run without any interaction or problemes, and if anything comes up, you complain. same thing 2 or 3 days ago when we were playing our characters named Dubois / Jean gui. You got robbed at the diamond shop by hayden and complained 2 hours on the OCC chat. we also got our truck robbed but didnt complain, its part of the game.

if my recorder had caught the first part you just landed and just shot at me that's why i drove of when you first landed i actually went back to my hemett to get the last of my diamonds to cut then you started shooting so i got in and drove off

 
actually, it didn't catch the first part thats the most annoying part as it would show you just landing and opening fire im not responding to this post any more untill a member of staff has actually looked at it

 
Only send responses if you were directly involved or asked to post. When you do post make sure it provides evidence to the report not just slander the other party.

 
@Waffles @kiwaa @x3com Before continuing with this report I would like to offer you the opportunity to sit down and talk about the situation and solve it between yourselves along side me as I believe doing so would benefit both parties more. However if you feel like you would rather have the report continue that would be understandable and I'd then like to ask if either side has anything to add?

 
i wouldn't mind talking about it all of us. i agree with kempi its probably the best for all of us. but also, it is waffles report so it is his decision.

As the video starts off with you being chased do you have any more footage that shows the start of the chase and a little bit when you were chased?

sadly not my recorder didn't start straight away ive converted to plays now but that where it started recording is all i have  

 
Then I'm sadly going to have to close down the report due to a lack of evidence as there is no way of knowing when the chase started or what happened before the start of the video. Though I will say that you need to give proper roleplay before opening fire on someone even if they are driving away. If they are driving away the best way to make sure you can provide roleplay is to disable their vehicle but to do so you must give them to chance to stop and threaten them with action if they decide to continue going. Trying to evade a robbery is not avoiding roleplay it's the start of a chase.
