This report is associated with member support Robbie as Mr. Hippy decided to contact support about the issue of his car being wrongfully impounded. This has been resolved and my report is detailing his behaviour and how he acted during the incident.

Whilst on standard patrol I parked my police vehicle in Kavala square and began impounding crashed and abandoned vehicles whilst a colleague PC Andreas Lykke did the same. Lykke called out for a owner to a silver SUV on the Kavala strip but no owner came forward so the vehicle was impounded. Mr. Hippy who was the owner of the SUV came out of the pub and began to shout at me demanding to know why I'd impounded the vehicle. Attempting to calm him down I explained it was Lykke who had impounded the vehicle yet his behavior was becoming more aggressive and he was warned that he would be detained under a public order offence if he did not stop swearing and shouting obscenities at me and my fellow officers.

Mr. Hippy failed to follow police instruction and was detained and given chances to pay a small ticket, he refused multiple times so was then taken to Kavala police station. Whilst being transported to Kavala PD his behaviour was very sour and the you tube video covers his breaking of roleplay multiple times as well as threats to make me loose my job in the police and threats to get me banned off the island for this small incident.

@ThesoldierI believe that was down to doing. I spoke the gents on TS with @Robbiee and asked Tex blackwood to upload and send me the video. It wasn't till I arrived home yesterday(at six) where me and Robbie received the video and we told him to file a report. I believe this report should still go ahead however I'llleave it for you @Thesoldier

 
My internet is very slow being in the Scottish countryside so uploading even a small video such as this one can take a very long time. Mr. Hippy went through a member support sitting late at night on the 26th and this was when video proof was requested of my claims. However since it was late night I went to sleep and uploaded the next day. I did contact Robbie with the video on the 28th as requested but he told me that I should create a report.

Apologies for the late upload but as many can testify my internet upload speed to YouTube is horrific.

Ok not an issue with the upload, but did you resolve this with him or not? I see Robbie was involved, what was the outcome if there was an attempted resolution?

Mr. Hippy went to member support about his vehicle being impounded and the verdict was that it was simply a accident that he was not able to retrieve his car in time before it was impounded, there was nothing inside the vehicle or lost as stated by himself so there was no real reason for him to contact member support over the issue.

Robbie was the support member present in the sitting that Mr. Hippy requested.

This report is detailing my side of the events as I brought up his behaviour in the member support sitting but he was excused from the support room pending footage of my claims that he was breaking rules. The issue of him breaking rules has not been addressed yet which is why a report was filed.

 
@Thesoldier I can confirm what @Tex Blackwood says is true, the teamspeak chat between the 3 of us begun with Mr Hippy being angry because he had his car impounded which was an accident as explained by the cop there. however Mr Hippy attitude was shocking throughout this chat and when Tex brought up that he had a video of his attitude, I asked him to supply the video and Mr Hippy was saying he didn't do anything wrong, but since Tex couldn't get the video right away we finished the chat between us all then.

I Asked @ArrogantBread if I could comment on this.
