I was robbing 2 guys for there vehicle (police sport hatchback) and i killed 1 in a fight and i told the other guy to give me his keys or i will kill him, he said do it and you will be banned i ignored that. But the second time he said it i killed him. When a medic came i told him not revive them he didn't and the guy shouted out your gonna get banned for RDM.

You have stated yes that you attempted to resolve the situation and not mentioned anything in your description of the incident so what measures to resolve did you actually take?

Also, your audio is rather quiet from the game and I advise you take measures to try and find a better balance as I don't enjoy (and likely not many would) having to raise my volume to hear them and be deafened when you end up speaking, it will make things much more smooth.

After the situation i called him to teamspeak (in OOC)around 6 times but he didn't answer, i don't know if he did that on purpose. Im sorry about the quality of the audio im curently trying to fix that problem. 

 
Alright since Mr.Bleizen does not want to react i will go further with this report. Indeed Mr.Bleizen breaks rule 

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

This is Mr.Bleizen not his first offence. he has been banned before.
Therefore Action will taken Against @MrBleizen 
Also @OhNoItsTheSerb next time if you reqeust someone on ts, Dont go TS now. but kindly ask. there is no need to ask themn on a very hostile way.
