Firstly thank you to the staff members who will need to deal with this detailed report.


To start of with some context firstly, so we have an idea of the events that unfolded with Wayne (Changaloa) after he left ballas, he went on tweedle saying something along the lines of "fuck mara" in the last 2 weeks, the second incident in this chain of events was that within the last 7 days scouse and a few others (unknown) came after mara due to an incident where a member of mara shot an individual standing next to them and they took it as disrespect as that single shot was fired in their direction. The ex ballas came after members of mara for whole whole night then after that and it was apparently over the next day as they wanted to just deal with that one member who shot despite taking several mara members and in their mind they dealt with it. That same day after Souse said they felt they were satisfied with the "disrespect" they had claimed, Wayne (Changaloa) came to mara turf and started threatening Sky (Mara) saying he was going to shoot them as they have egos and was told to leave and he left.

He them came up to mara turf last night with another Changaloa and had a conversation just chatting back and forth I then hear through radio that guy with the white hair (Wayne Changaloa) threatened Sky (Mara) previously that the next time he seen her he was going to shoot her, My response to this was so we are putting it on him right now then are you's backing it by this time Wayne and the other unknown Changaloa member where walking towards there car and entered it, I proceed forward pull out my AK and tell him hands which he starts driving so I light the car up unsuccessfully but I feel was validated with a build up of disrespect over the weeks. If I had heard on radio before they entered the car then we could have had a good rp experience with them as hostages to torture etc but it unfortunately unfolded not in the ideal way. So this is where all the mayhem begins between Mara and Changaloas along with other gangs helping Changaloas dressed in their clothing and then some in their own clothes which did not represent their gang.

An unknown number then calls Sky (Mara) and says he will be coming for Mara, at the same time Wayne (Changaloa) called and she missed the call so she called him back and he said it was KOS which is where the gun fights erupt all the way until around 3am this morning. Wayne then proceeds to commit drive-bys on members of Mara and this happens like 3 to 4 times. Then Wayne (Changaloa) on another separate phone call said to Sky (Mara) his friends are not happy with how Mara have been operating and that they are getting too big for their boots.

They then proceeded to come at us all night.
The people he first grouped up with were Molotov (Aztecca), Scouse (ex Balla), Wayne (Changaloa), unknown (Changaloa), Mazza (Azteca hang around) potentially another person. This all erupted down at Little Seoul multiple people from both sides where downed and after this the remaining Mara members who were not downed and still up on there feet then proceed to Clinton fuel where Molotov (Azteca) was following Alan (Mara) and he then radios in his location where another fight erupts and Molotov (Aztecca) gets downed and taken to the dodgy doctor where he was brought to his feet.

When he had multiple guns pointed at him he thought it was a smart move to pull out his phone where I believe he GPS Aztecas that he is at dodgy with Mara but he got shot in the head as he did not comply with our demands which I believe is a breach of G2.4 NVL & C1.7 common sense after he is downed he is then taken to the beach in Paleto where we have a conversation with him bearing in mind he is in full Changaloa outfit from the start of the Little Seoul incident. We have words with him trying to figure out why he an Azteca is joining in gun fights where he basically says "not going to lie it's going to be a long day for use" meaning the Azteccas are going to come for us even though as Molotov (Azteca) an F6 Azteca was dressed in full Changaloa outfit where he could not be differentiated as an Azteca but dressed as a Changaloa trying to make Mara believe he was a Changaloa which I think is potentially G1.3 Baiting and and where I believe he breaches the rule of G11.2 Temporary/alliances limited to 6 characters may form between different groups for high quality of roleplay reasons considered as an separate entity drawing the situation scenario.

The reason I believe he and others broke this rule is as follows, we fly back to our turf and on the way a member starts getting shot up at casino where another gun fight erupts from Wayne (Changaloa), Mazza (Azteca hang around) and Scouse (ex Balla) we then proceed to down and take Mazza (Azteca hang around) to the dodgy where he is brought to his feet and then dealt with.

During this a lot of random cars turn up at the dodgy and we get in our cars and drive literally 30 seconds down the road in North Senora where multiple blacked out individuals start lighting us up out of nowhere with no initiation and we later discover this was Azteca's responding to Molotovs text message but there was no KOS agreed with Aztecas. We are also unsure what Molotov could have potentially texted Azteca's within the 3 seconds he has his phone out to cause them to go after Mara. At the end of the gun fight the last mara to get downed who was not seen was Rico (Mara) and an Azteca ran up to him and shouted "Don't ever rob an Azteca again" which is breaking the entity of the rule G11.2 as I believe Molotov (Aztecca) must have sent a GPS when he NVL'd at the dodgy which makes me believe that's why Aztecas knew where the location was Molotov (Aztecca) also was involved in the final fight at sandy although he was dead and respawned from the Paleto beach incident which I believe is another breach of the rule NLR G1.4.

Hi Baz appreciate the reponse lad, Firstly dont take personal offense as this report isnt directed towards you solely as an individual this report is a whole due to the actions of molotov, the liason went well and i appreciate you and the other representitives of the azteccas for there maturity and calmness throughout, the reason i asked to liason was due to the mass rdm spree that had taken place in north senora with blacked out individuals who lit us up with no prior rp although that being said upon the discussion we as a whole (Marabunta) where happy hands got held up and you where very up front which is very appreciated and that got sorted and there was no need to proceed to reporting it which is why it has not been added to the report due to the explanations from azteccas behalf not known much of molotovs actions youse were apparently responding to one message saying mara on your group chat. molotovs actions when teaming with changaloas by sending that message and getting azteccas involved into marabunta vs changaloa beef where the breach of rule occurs in marabuntas minds. thanks Marabunta

As for the liason we gave you multiple chances in ooc chat to join qe when asked as you were apart of that situation i brought up some concerns to the representitives of the azteccas about yourself and them not relaying that to yourself i believe is miscommunication on azteccas behalf as a whole. After the comments you made in marabuntas discord i dont feel the need to liase anything with yourself.

I decide from this point on to recruit the help of some friends as this isn't really a gang vs gang problem, this is a Mara vs Wayne situation and I wouldn't be able to take 15 people by myself, I made sure that we never had more than 6 people at once, and quite frankly I believe at most we only had 5 in one situation, now either Wayne has friends that quite like him and are willing to lay it on the line for him, or Mara just really aren't liked that much and people want to fight them, at the time this really did not matter Wayne just needed back up... in addition what I will say is this quote here "An unknown number then calls Sky (Mara) and says he will be coming for Mara, at the same time Wayne (Changaloa)" this man that did this has absolutely no involvement in any situation that happened in that night other than when I got hands'd up at mara, I took him away from that situation and he logged out, just thought Id clear that up.

Now with all this being said I dont end up here very often, infact im sure i've never actually been reported and I've also never reported because at the end of the day its a game and its not hard to stay within the boundaries to not end up writing essays on the forums, like I said I would have very much appreciated a liason to clear up anything that you might have been cheesed about, but I feel as though that would not have cured your dislike for how the night went for yourself and your gang, I realise you lost a fair amount of ingame currency and are probably wanting to scrape some of it back, but I struggle to see where any rules have been broken, especially since multiple of your members came to me during the night and said how they enjoyed their time.

I'd like to start by saying I'm disappointed to see that all of your clips provided are a minute long or less. There is one clip that is 2 minutes long. This leaves out a LOT of the context to the situations and I am unsure as to whether you have done this intentionally to paint a picture of the situation that better suits you or if you are unaware of the rules of reporting where clips must be at least 3-5 minutes long?

I was taken to the dodgy alone. This removed me from the group of 4 that we were in when going for Mara, meaning I am well within my rights to involve my group (Aztecas) as I was no longer a part of 4 v Mara, it became a Molotov v Mara situation (for me at least). I was not a part of the fight at casino and I was dumped in Paleto and respawned (which logs can confirm). I relogged after respawning due to having visual bugs. Me respawning ends my situation with Marabunta.

At the point in time I pulled my phone out, I had not been told I couldn't. There was no command for me to not go on my phone so this wouldn't be NVL. Once I pulled my phone out I sent my message almost instantly, that's when the command came to "get off my phone". Whilst complying with this command, I fat fingered F3 instead of F2 which is why it took me a second to put it away, I was shot before I was able to put it away. The only thing I had texted was "Mara" as I am sure logs can show, I never sent a GPS. All I can do for this is apologise, if I hadn't fat fingered my keyboard I understand the situation could have become interesting, it was a human error I'm sure you've all pressed the wrong key at some point.

I logged back on and I was then told within RP (around 30 mins later) that Marabunta had taken and robbed an "Azteca", so I backed my gang. After Owen's phone conversation with Lois, Aztecas had deducted that the "Azteca" taken by Marabunta members could have been taken to a dodgy doctor and began searching the locations we were aware of. We ran into Marabunta members at Clinton, where we followed them to the dodgy. We saw multiple Marabunta members running around with guns out and were under the impression they still had our member as we "couldn't get in touch with him". We were following the story line as it would have been weird if Aztecas were told that Marabunta had taken an Azteca and did nothing about it and I couldn't exactly say "it was me guys I was taken but I respawned" so we followed the story as it was presented to us.

I can understand that the night didn't go as planned for you and your group and that you may not be happy about it, but I believe this report to be an attempt to just get back items you may have lost when losing a situation. Again, your clips are a minute long at best which leaves out a lot of the context of the entire night. Whether that is intentional or not. It has been made clear in recent reports that any clips in reports must be 3-5 minutes long unless there is clear evidence of a rule break which is not for us to decide if the rule break is clear cut or not.

(G11.2.1) Temporary Groups

Temporary groups/alliances, limited to 6 characters, may form between members of different groups for high-quality roleplay reasons. Considered as a separate entity during the scenario, they adhere to the conditions outlined in (G11.2).

When you where taken from changaloas you where still in the same situation and in the same temporary group

This is common practice we don't have to babysit you and tell you everything you cant do, You had multiple guns pointed at you in a hostile situation. You being a long standing member of the community surely common sense should prevail. It just seems like you have a win mentality. Me personally i would be cautious in a hostile situation like that making sure i don't aggravate the aggressor.

How come it took 30 minutes for azteccas too react to the group chat message? Where they all online or did they all gradually log on?

At no point did we loose anything apart from some bullets from shooting, We all ended up getting picked up and taken to hospital and nobody lost anything. We are not reporting it to get compensation we are reporting it because a situation that could have had a lot of great rp throughout the hours it took was spoiled by the fragging mentality. Now we have been dragged into a situation with azteccas which should not have happened. So please stop trying to take digs and trying to make us look bad.

So what’s the crack buddy seeing as Aztecas are in the title is it just my mate Sam Jacob’s you’re referring to or all of us? Wouldn’t want to be mislead and confused that is all, have a beautiful Sunday filled with blessings, happiness and positivity. After all my motto is live laugh love.

It seems you have misunderstood what I have said so I will try and make it simple for you.

When I was taken from "Changaloas" you took me to the dodgy on my own. No other members of the 4 we were in. That then made it an entirely different situation. When the situation happened at Clinton, I hadn’t been on radio or with another person for 10+ minutes. It was an entirely new situation.

I also feel it important to mention that you haven’t provided any clips from the Clinton situation? Is this due to wanting to paint the situation into a picture of something it is not? Or to not self incriminate for NLR where multiple Marabunta members had gone down and it hadn’t been 15 minutes before they put themselves back into a combat situation?

Just because it is common practice it doesn't prevent me from doing it. I wasn't once told not to pull my phone out. If it had been said I wouldn't have done it it's as simple as that. Yes I had multiple guns pointed at me, but it was never said "do not pull your phone out". If I had a win mentality I would have left it after the Little Seoul sit.

I am not trying to make digs or make you look bad I am pointing out the facts. At no point did you ask to liaise and every single clip within this report is 1 minute long or less (excluding 1 that is 2 minutes). It seems to me that you have intentionally left out a lot of context in order to paint the situation in a light that suits you best. Regardless of what was lost, it seems the only reason this report was made is because you lost the situation and you're not happy about it.

You haven't been "dragged" into a situation with Aztecas, the situation is because of the actions you decided to take. Actions have consequences and unfortunately this is a consequence you're going to have to deal with in RP and not on the forums. We followed the natural flow of the RP and that now means there are new RP story lines for you and your group and situations for you to deal with in RP.

It was certainly a long read. Let's resolve this one, shall we?

First and foremost, I do not appreciate you (@Johnbhoy 1888) casting out a net of 'alleged rule-breaks' and seeing what you catch. You labelled 5 different rules, against 3 other parties, all without any specific situation to determine what had been broken where, and who did it. This not only makes it a pain in the arse for us as staff but also for the reported parties. In future, make it abundantly clear who you are reporting and for what.

All of the evidence posted on both sides, quite frankly, is a needle in a haystack of context and I'm not going to sift through it to find those metaphorical needles.

The recording of Wayne's interaction with Sky, labelled as baiting, after watching I disagree that it is baiting. To me, it seems like a chat of verbal punches being thrown between two friends messing with each other. Even the later recordings between Wayne and Sky seem like two friends essentially messing with each other, albeit in a unique way, I'm not here to question how people conduct their relationships. I also pose this question; would you define "Are you back to being a poopy changaloa" as baiting, or two mates having a bit of banter? I'm fairly confident that recording is outwith the 24 hours required for reports, so not sure if it's being reported, or a 2-minute clip to add context. Again, this is the issue with non-specificity.

Anyway moving on;

I'm not too sure where G1.4 comes into play, nothing was mentioned about spamming anywhere

C1.7 and G2.4 are being clumped together, one or the other is sufficient for future reference;

@Molotov You know full well they don't need to specify not going on your phone, it's pretty blatant the "do's and don'ts" when being held up, wouldn't you agree? Given you've not done this in the past, I hope this was more a lapse in judgment for whatever reason, as opposed to maliciously trying to side-step the roleplay story intended for you.

There also would appear to be confusion on Molotov's part as to why he messaged Aztecas. Yes, you might've been alone, but that situation is still with the temporary alliance. You got involved with 5 people, you get out with 5 people. You can't tap out and call in Big Brother because you got caught with your trousers around your ankles. If you have any confusion with this, I recommend opening a ticket with staff and clearing up any confusion there.

I'm also confused about whether or not Aztecas are being reported here, going to sound like a broken record at this point, they're in the title but have seemingly nothing to do with this. If all they received as their 'call for help' was "mara", there is no way for them to know there was a temporary alliance going on and not to get involved. I think it's a bit unfair to pose that on them in the circumstances. This also stems from Molotov's rule-break; Aztecas are the unwitting group in all this - some could say they're victims in this too.

That's everything covered. Now, the footage supplied is insufficient for me to act upon apart from the NVL footage, so although I might've taken the time to comment upon them, it in no way legitimised the evidence presented.
