After processing my HEMMT of blood diamonds one of the people that were also processing blood diamonds got in their HEMMT and tried to follow me, they then rammed my HEMMT whilst I was on my way to deposit my diamonds in my house in Pygros, I then asked him to come to the channel we we're in in teamspeak via OOC but they replied with a blank message. His friend Abdullah Harees joined the teamspeak to try to settle the situation however they only had 64k which is extremely insufficient for the amount lost. (Please note slightly before the video they were talking and making fun about 911 which they tried to claim they were talking about the Porsche 911 as well as breaking RP by talking about the server restarting soon.)

Im Abdullah Harees and ill try to clear up a few things, first off, he Wasn't following you, we were trying to head back to the city to deposit our stuff in the house, it was completely unintentional that he rammed into you as he also had 2 million worth of stuff in his HEMMT. The blank message in OOC was because he accidentally typed in Arabic, he then changed the language to English and responded to you. About the 911 thing, we were actually talking about the Porsche 911 and how we drove it around the empire state building and the statue of liberty, i can understand why you're confused as we were speaking/role-playing in Arabic at the time. And i had nothing to do with the VDM, and i'm speaking on the behalf of Mohammed Harees. thank you

Yo, I am Mohammad Harees, in the video it says that I am following you, I am not following you it's just that the server was about to restart so I halted whatever I had and headed for my house to store my blood diamonds. I also understand that it looks like I am intentionally running into u, and if I was you I would think that to. First off, what benefit do I have in running into you? Since I have 2 million dollars worth of diamonds too, and I was taking an off road route because of how little time there was. I didn't see your truck to my right and I was just trying to get to the main road. I will admit my fail rp saying the server is restarting and if you want to ban me for that I understand but please rethink before banning me for the "intentional" vdm.

Well first off lets start with the very clear 911 jokes you two were making whilst processing blood diamonds (rip prices) which is quite clearly against the rules, after which your fail rp about the server restarting made it clear to me that you must be new to the island and have not read the laws. I had heard through teamspeak earlier one of you had approached my friend while he was collecting blood diamonds with a vermin smg aimed at him, with all of this in my mind it was clear you guys had malicious intent especially when asking with such enthusiasm as to what me and my friends we're going to do with our blood diamonds. I decided to leave the area as quick as I could so that I could store the diamonds in my house in time as well as wanting to not have to deal with any kind of situation, I then noticed whilst I was driving down the main road that you were driving parallel to me off road (at this point I knew he was following me as in the video he makes it very clear that he did not know he could store blood diamonds inside of a house between restarts so I very much doubt he would have a house near the blood diamond processor) I chose to ignore this and continue down the main road to my destination at which point you appeared to attempt to block my path and after failing to get infront of me you decided to go directly into my truck which resulted in both of our trucks exploding and you being downed. (Not caught on video is me asking what he was doing to which all I received was shouting and swearing so I decided to execute him).

i wouldnt know why you would try and RDM with 2mill worth of blood diamonds. but i can say you guys pealed away quite fast when you realised i was lockpicking your hemmits. However, could you please show a video or explain why your hemmit suddenly smashed into the side of Bobs at a good 75 degree angle?

Okay after watching the video and speaking with fellow staff members we have come to a conclusion. 

We have decided that this is NOT a case of deliberate VDM.
Due to the following reasons: You are both driving the same direction, it is a significant amount of obstecales in between you and him. You BOTH had the chance to stop but NOONE even tryed. I will class this as an RTC. It is in additionally a little bit of desync involved in this incident. 

For these socold 9/11 comments it is not enought evidence to action anything.
