Please (in detail) describe the incident

It started off with me sitting in a bar, when he came up to me and said "Come come, I give you a pistol" I said I didn't want it. But he kept saying "Come with me". So a few minutes later my friends are in Kavala with a helicopter, after which I walked to the garage in Kavala. He then followed me around in his car, and the second I was outside of the greenzone he rammed me with his car, then he stepped out of the vehicle and emptied 2 mag's in me. I told him it isn't allowed to do this, after which I didnt understand about what I was talking. He then tried to ram a friend of mine, after which he crashed somewhere and left the server.

I had the same issue this morning and have clips if needed

Please give as much detail as possible along with video/screenshot evidence so we can make the correct judgement. Any evidence provided must show context of the situation, therefore you must supply 2-3 minutes of footage before the initial rule break occurs.

That would have been a different situation then, which he could have made his own report on. Please make sure that you supply as much video as you can, with this little its hard for us to action anything.
