Basically pulled up to a hobo lockpicking in kavala so we eventually get him restrained and he restraint glitches multiple times after we ask him to stop then he says to INS Stephen Allen "Im broke ni**a, I'm broke". Tried to get him to teamspeak and he was saying "He doesn't have teamspeak, he only has Skype", his friend came over and we told him // get your friend to teamspeak and his friend MLG_Dorritos kept breaking RP saying he doesn't have teamspeak...
