Please (in detail) describe the incident: i pull up to this gas stantion to grab some fuel cans and to see what was the odd yellow offroad when mk walks up to me and told me to fuck off and did poor rp and then began to count down were i said you cant do that and i was then shot i asked him to come to liason to talk stuff out were he didn't show

ok...look at the video u got so many warnings there is no issue i did..so what u are tryng to do is make me get banned for no reason..in ur video u show that im right and we gaved you 10 warnings so yeah maybe u get in trouble

well firstly you didnt carry out or try to carry out high level rp and was seeking a gun fight, secondly you failed rp by giving me a count down

buddy i don't understand what "u dont even put gas u come to us " do you mean my drive up to the gas station ? if so i am happy to show it but i think i was watching youtube in the back ground till the situation started. i will provide it once i get home

So @dantheman321

You have turned up too a situation that you knew was an active robbery to involve yourself in someone elses situation. 

The other guy @mkgeorge12seemed to have taken this opportunity too try take you hostage which maybe could have changed the course of roleplay into a robbery with a hostage. 

As far as i am concerned from this video, MK gave you multiple chances too comply with what he was asking and i feel like this report is partly out of anger that he never actually wanted too listen too you. However his mind would be focused on the robbery him and his friends are doing not listening too someone involving there self for no real reason. These chances were given before and after the slight countdown he gave you. 

I am going to be taking No further action with this report on the basis:

• He gave you a hell of a lot of time to comply, it was your choice to not take his threats seriously
  
• He did give you a countdown (which is not high quality roleplay) but that accompanied with the chances he gave before and after he did the countdown shows he can roleplay to a sufficient level.
