+ Teamspeek , which he got banned from while being abusive , when forums support where trying to resolve the situation ( <20:27:17> "SmoothPie" was banned permanently from the server by "[bobmarley [REP] od] bobmarley" (Abusive Appeal at Altislife.co.uk - bobmarley)

Long story short , was RPing with some people and a medic , having some good RP , when we are VDMed, we get up and are RDMed by Deja Vu ( is not being reported as he was mature and resolved) , we all died and lost our gear.

There was no inishation and they even killed Bob Marley who was active as a medic ,

tried to resolve , they all laughed apart from Deja , they were trolling and one of them was verbally abusive to me. They had no regard to the rules and this is why i am reporting them.

To the Staff Member reviewing this, Hoggie asked me to respond to the report as I was the member support that teamspeak banned Smoothpie and MisticalDonkey. Both were trolling and laughing while @Kaden (the neutral member support as I was apart of the situation) was trying to get both parties to resolve dispute. Smoothpie also said to Hoggie that he was "a peice of ****".

Smoothpie was banned for being abusive to a member of the community and for trolling.

MisticalDonkey was banned for trolling.

I was Deja Vu at the given time.

@Kadencan confirme that I payed the compensations.

Deja Vu killed 2 or 3 guys and a medic.

Misticaldonkey drove over them 2 times.(VDM)

SmoothPie killed 2 guys after Deja Vu's starting fire.

We came on TS to resolve the problem.

Misticaldonkey and SmoothPie were laughing and SmothPie told a bad word to a player.

My think why SmoothPie was verbally abusive is the anger of being RDM-ed 2x in 1 hour, but without evidence of RDM we cant prove anything.

Misticaldonkeys and SmoothPie laughter was because on the other TS server we had a guy playing John Cena's troll songs...

The laughing part of those 2(Misticaldonkey and SmoothPie) was the guy with those songs, which is our fault while we had a serious conversation.

I was driving around the hangar, saw a lot of rebels. I drove around for 3 laps, and I got/heard gun shots from North-East from where the group was located,unaware that they had an NHS member with them.

I came around the corner, and I saw a lot of rebels having their rifles out, and just started shooting.

The problem from my side was that I should have investigated more where the gun shots came, but as I saw them having their rifles out, I thinked they were the ones shooting at me.

I dont know what was the problem for VDM-ing/RDM-ing from Misticaldonkeys side & Smoothpies.

They will reply to this thread hopefully in 24hrs.

Hello, SmoothPie here.

Firstly, I apologize for that laughing from me and MisticalDonkey, but like deja vu said, we had a guy on our teamspeak (not gonna give info, cus advertisment policy) who was playing troll songs, and my (probably misticals) speakers weren't muted, so I could hear you and the guy in another tab, our server.

So thats why I aplogize for laughing.

Now on second part, I insulted because I was very upset, and I found that very unfair from my perspective. I don't blame you guys, you did good job by trying to talk with us on teamspeak. But like deja said, in past one hour, we got randomly shot, with no initiation, or roleplay from anyone. We died twice, with no reasons, which resulted of me being very upset. I apologize whoever I told the bad word.

Now on the part of RDM/VDM. There is no VDM from me, I drove car up to you, with no intention of running you over. Which I didn't, I was in red sport hatchback next to you guys. Next thing I see are gun shots, and people are dead, my friend is in need of help, and you guys are shooting upon him. I get out of vehicle, and start talking like "Do you need help" or something like that. After that a guy with MX aimed at me, and I shot him, which resulted in deaths of two people, because you two were lined up. And the moment first guy felt down, I didn't stopped shooting, which resulted in your death.

You got your compensation, so I don't see any problems here. I haven't VDM'ed anyone, neither RDM'ed since I was in active combat.

Yeah, and yet, noone of us accused here (me and MisticalDonkey) haven't shot him or any other medic.

I was the neutral support member dealing with the situation. Donkey and smoothpie was acting very immature and going on a different teamspeak everytime I spoke, eventually after I asked them to come on to this teamspeak instead of their own they started laughing and failed to stick to one teamspeak. 

After a good 10 minutes of saying to them compensation isn't the point of this dispute it's the rules they broke and how to alter there actions in game so they don't break the rules again they took no notice and carried on with their childish actions.

Hoggie who was trying his best to resolve the situation calmly then received some abuse from smoothpie which then bob Marley issued the appropriate ban. 

Donkey stayed on after speaking and then disconnected randomly so he made it clear he didn't want to resolve it. 

Deja Vu acted very responsible, understood everything that went wrong and how he could change so it does not happen in the future. He also compensated everyone that lost their gear from his own bank on his own as his friends left him! 

Apologies for it maybe not making sense, currently in a rush.

At the start of the situation. Misticaldonkey & I couldnt access the server because of the security level being to low, so we waited a good 20 to 30 minutes until we upgraded to the minimum of 28. In the mean time we told SmoothPie to ask them if they can come on our TS server.

Looking at the video there was a massive amount of lag from what I can tell. There is also doubt to who initated who first, so I am only taking action for the blantant VDM. 

For future reference, you may only resolve issues like this on the official ALUK teamspeak, explain to the person they will need to wait while you upgrade the security level.
