Please (in detail) describe the incident: So the story goes ballas are at war with apostles. Ive been shot injured on the bed healing. I'm talking to pj in a civil way I have no issues with pj to be honest. Anyways the ballas come into the hospital and my understanding of the server rules or just common sense would be like ok I'm in a war take my mask off literally stay out of it for a while as it would be unfair for me to just heal and run outside an kill people waiting for the balla? Lol? u can't kill anyone that u have legit just seen wake up as surely that's power gaming aswell? Anyways they started to throw insults at me. AT ONE POINT MIKEY SAID IDE GET SHOOK IF YOU EVER SEEN A REAL BLADE WHILE HOLDING A GUN.... MHHMM And some other WAFFLE as he was so angry I could legit feel his bad energy... Which leads to an exchange that he obviously so wanted so In a way im possibly guilty of obviously not acting injured as I had heard a ballas hangabout say they was going to put me down. By this time I legit had lost all interest In even pretending to care. I honestly don't know how this stuff is continuosly happening. I really didn't want to make a report as I always try to see the bigger picture and get on with it. Although this is unrelated I shared this clip with a few people in different discords and even his gang members have said it's shite.

I didn't try an resolve the situation as quite frankly I feel I would rather shit in my hands an clap then have a discussion with him after last night's teamspeaks calls... ALL VIEWS MY OWN.

Hello there and thank you for submitting a player report.

So, let's kick this one off then.

First of all, you are seen using your phone whilst you are downed on the bed to make a police dispatch around 00:35 in the video. This is not allowed and it is against the server rules to use your phone whilst you are down on the bed. It shouldn't even be mechanically speaking possible in-game to bring up your phone on the bed.

You are not supposed to use your phone whilst you are downed on the bed, let alone make a police dispatch. I can see that you were frustrated with the situation but that still doesn't give you the right to do so.

I'll issue @DrewKa formal warning for that.

Now let's go through the second part of this incident.

In the Gang War rules agreed upon by both gang leaders, it clearly states that the hospital is a safe zone.

The obvious problem I have here is not necessary that a war rule was broken, but the fact that the reported individual is waiting for you to get off the bed and executes you without any proper roleplay being provided whatsoever straight off the hospital bed. Executions must be done with quality roleplay and not simply spawn camping someone and shoot him when he comes off the bed straight away.

For example, you could have waited until he walked outside and jumped him.
