He started following me on the road from Agios to Kavala. I stopped and got out. He ran me over but said sorry. My plan was to pull my MX out and shoot him in his face, however thanks to him running me over he got a gun first. Then he started demanding my car keys (then I start recording). I tried to evade it, called the police (who didn't had enough time to respond). Then I tried running away and he shot me in the knee. I got my MX out and he downed me. There was the rp good. But then without any word, he just executed me.

When I did it a couple of days ago, people warned me it was fail RP, so I guess it is, that's why I'm reporting it. I said in OOC he had 5 minutes to try to solve it out, he ignored it. I texted him for a last chance, which is more chances than I even give normally, he ignored it.

Ps, you may redact the link due me using google drive only. The weird language you hear sometimes in my voice, is me talking to my dad in west flemish. But I didn't said that in game.

Uuh correct me if im wrong but i think i didnt do anything wrong. I asked you to drop the stuff a Ton of times, even then you dont comply and then you ran away. after that you even pulled a gun on me when i was clearly pointing a gun at you and you had no chance of surviving that. Of course I would like to know if i didn anything wrong so i can learn from it. Im also willing to compensate if this is the case

 
I tried to contact you multiple times in game after what happened to explain this to you. However you didn't listen and ignored all my messages. When I executed someone (did it 2 times), they said I had to put RP in it and not just say "I'll execute you", and one time even almost got reported for it. I didn't want the same to happen to you, so I contacted you till 15 min after the incident. However you ignored all requests which can be seen in the logs, and if messages can be found in the logs, the message I send you should be in there too. 

 
Well I really missed the messages. I think at that moment i wasnt really focussed on it. Cant remember you sended me a pm ingame because then I would have replied. Indeed my rp was not right, I informed myself trough a helper. So sorry for my poor rp from my side. But on the other hand your rp was shit as well (not dropping stuf while i point gun, running while i point gun, after ur leg broke still pulling machinegun while i was already pointing agun at you. + i told you i was going to execute you before you got down

Okey, @Thymen it seems you informed yourself. And what you did.

@GhostDarkAngel and @Thymen do you guys think you will be able to resolve this matter ? 
If not please react under and then Staff will make a final decission on this. 

 
@Jefke V I am willing to resolve this matter with @Thymen, if you give me permission, I can contact him on message to try to resolve it, and contact you here again if it worked or not.

 
Ehhmm..... We are both on the wrong here right? I agree the execution rp was bad. And you fail rp'd earlyer on. If a helper/admin can confirm if he fail rp'd as well there is not something to resovle in I think?

Since no resolution came out of this i will make a final call.
I watched the video fully, First of all i dont think it is smart to try running away when he demands your backpack, while pointing a gun at you. 
I know your plan was to go under the bridge and get your gun out, Wich you tried at the end just before you got shot. 
That was really not smart you did not stand a chance. 
now about the execution, @Thymen This could be roleplayed more. You could tell why was getting executed Etc... 
However this execution could be roleplayed better, I dont think this would have changed anything about the outcome of you dying. 
So therefore i will be given a warning for this. That means it will be noted down on your record.
