Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and 2 of my pals, went to rob the person because we knew he would likely have a firearm, he had 3 guns pointed at his head and decided to jump, roll and shoot us all, I personally believe this breaks rule G2.4 "Value your Life" (At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands). as you can see he was outnumbered and did not comply with the simple ask of putting his hands up and don't do anything stupid. ruined the whole experience for me personally as I try my hardest to stay within the rules and have never (to my knowledge) broken any. but stuff like this really ruins the RP side of things for me, also this clip is from the said person who broke the rule and the clip was deleted but I screen recorded it first, I believe it was deleted because he knew he broke rule G2.4.

Hello Jason, Firstly we liaised after the entire sit and this wasn't once mentioned to me, feel a chat from both sides would've helped.

From my POV then one you have provided originally 2 people have guns and one seems to have forgot how to use his it was then I made the decision on what I was going to do you can see I had a close look at the guns being used and executed a fast thought plan. The one directedly in front with a machine pistol was my biggest threat and had to be eliminated quickly then would've remained the 2 with pistols I focused the one to my left as the one to the right was clearly a new in-experienced criminal and didn't seem like he had the bottle for it with his early actions. Then luckily for me the plan worked.

I recently also had a QE with Sammy where we discussed the NVL rule and how it was meant to be implemented and the route it has now gone down and measures being in place to try restore it to its original purpose, the way I interpreted it is that its in-place to stop people being dickheads in a way, people that'd rather die than give there items up and as I say in my interpretation if you feel you have a chance go for it. Sammy also mentioned that this can also apply with 1,2 or even 3 people around you alike my case above.

Lastly you say you try avoid rule-breaks and I'm not entirely sure who you are in this instance but on the way to dodgy I put an LOOC saying heads up people who got downed you cant really be involved as there was still a chance of combat occurring which would've been placing themselves into a place where they could have deliberately found themselves back in combat less than 15 minutes after being revived. https://gyazo.com/4c8e0b67a094ebe892e4e01e43540abe as you can see all 3 downed members came out of sandy pillbox and to dodgy which would be a breach of NLR but hey I can accept RP and move on

okay i understand what you are saying, and to my confusion i wasn't aware of the fact you can try and give it a shot if you think you have a chance (in this case you did and smoked us tbf lol) my understanding was you have to comply in that situation (which i have lost many items and money for complying). as for the dodgy doc situation i was only made aware of that whole situation of not being allowed there when we were there and i did leave as soon as i knew i shouldn't be there so my bad completely there too. now this understanding is in place, i can accept RP here and move on too, thanks for replying anyhow, and good shots haha.

after talking with Kieffer in QE with a staff member with us, all is sorted and both parties are happy and I am happy for this to be closed etc as I believe all is sorted outside of here.
