Me and my friends were doing Blood diamonds, as seen in the video Start around 7 min mark.
We got shot by Meerkat Milky and Fusion, i perssonaly got shot by Fusion. withouth any roleplay or initiation.
Herbert the pervert got shot by Meerkat milky
They shot us, we got half revived by a medic, longer then 5 min after we got killed,
And got randomly Executed by Meerkat milky.
We tried to talk to them but they were just constantly making up excuses. that it was a active gun fight (we did not know we did not hear about it we did not hear gunshots untill we were engaged)

Hello, I was playing under the name [LD] F U S I 0 N at the time. I would like to express my problems with this report. Here are the problems listed:

The Gunfight was Ongoing:

If you were not aware, there was an ongoing gunfight between TCK, Psychos and Last Division. I don't need to say much about the situation as it was an ongoing gunfight. You and your friend John Mayer were sat in the church with weapons drawn. If you'd like to see the video then request me for an upload of the initiation TCK/Psychos gave.

You should of knew there was a gunfight as there were serveral men around the church who were downed at the time. If you were to have roleplayed with said downed people you would of known that the gunfight was ongoing.

It is clear from the photos that you were killed in a gunfight.

When I found you on teamspeak, I attempted to resolve the situation by inviting you to Last Division's Lobby to speak about the situation. You said you had already filed the report.

The video clip it's self does not even show any initiation or build up to the events, and doesnt show me actually killing you!

Meerkat Milky actually killed me before this clip so he was initiated too.

Your report is fabricated, I urge you to request the report to be Denied. I hope this doesn't occur in the future, and we can all learn from our mistakes.

Yes i am indeed Meerkat, Id just like to say Tiktak this could of been EASILY solved on ts but they just was determined to report.

I must admit it did suck for them because Will Boston just initiated on the LD guys Right before they came and then will got shot of the church when they entered inside the church, at that point i just shot anyone with a weapon in the area because i dont know if they are together or not. I can provide a video of Will initiating if need be.

SO what happen was we was doing blood diamond and them i got shot from no were i was the guy doing Hebert the pervert voice siting on the church and had no weapon out and they shoot me with no engagement, we just arrived at the seen and we heard shots outside we didn't know what happen so we decided to stay inside because ruining outside you would get shot that was when Meerkat Milky shot me. and my friends were shot by him andm LF Fusions, so in the conclusion i tried contacting them and they didn't want to re-comp me or my friends, we tried to solve the problem but as TCK always are right what they said "but never wanna admit they did wrong" then we can to a final answer to report them for what they did we didn't want to have to do this.

Resolving a situation isn't getting comp and leaving mate. Resolving a situation is settling your differences and understanding their justification for what they have done. You died in a fair fight, you knew it was a fight as there were downed people all around you. You should of SURRENDERED if you were aware you were not involved.

You had a rook with a suppressor. @ReissSS can give you his POV when he killed you. He identified that you were armed too - he showed me the photo.

I didn't shoot you. I believe @ReissSS justification for shooting you was he had spotted you with your pistol out and assumed you were involved. This happened after I had shot Will on the roof.

Can you answer my second and last point please. 

More: At 8:00 in the video Herbert the Pervert had his pistol out. Meerkat Milky would of been able to see that. He may of shot you thinking he was involved, incase you rook banged anyone.

John Mayer basically swears at Meerkat Milky and threatened to report. 

And then yourself indirectly call Meerkat or myself a 'Faggot' behind our backs. At the end you also threaten to report us.

Alright, seeing how I'm accused of abusing / glitching and calling people names behind their backs I'll put in my 5 cents. 

First things first I had a long hearthy talk with one of the members of TCK, the pilot of the hellcat that was hovering above the scene, I'm currently at work and I can't remember his name unfortunatly, and we talked about it and both agreed it was a bit of a chaos in general. 

I also told him I'm not a big fan of taking it to the forums and letting admins decide and also asked steven, the reporter, to drop this and let it be, seeing how chaotic the whole scene was and mistakes were made on both ends. 

Now, I'm being accused of bipod glitching through the bences however the screenshot clearly shows my bipod not being deployed, having an advantage this way was never my intention as you can see in the video , after rubber bending into the nexus, I quickly swapped stances and sat down as that way i was able to aim between the two wooden boards, and later layed down on my side to be able to aim through the legs of the benches on the side (both not letting me deploy a bipod).

About the swearing part I said "are you fuckinh kidding me" how in any way shape or form is this swearing at someone and about the calling people names, yes I might have said something bad in the heat of the moment but that happens to the best of us. I have never and will never call someone a "faggot" in their face because of a videogame. Life's too short to get that mad over small things such as this.

All in all, from my point of view this was resolved on my end. And yes I do agree on the part that the report might have been uploaded a bit to fast. I tryd to talk steven into asking this to be taken down but no bueno. I however don't support this report at this time.

Oh, and saying "Allãhu akbar" is one of the most beautifull things a person can say, as it only states "God is great". As a husband to a  muslim myself I don't get what the fuss is all about and stating that it was edgy and unproffesional was completely out of context trying to make us look bad.  

Anyway that was my POV, I gotta get back to work before my boss tears me apart!

i wasnt friend with the other guys outside my friends was the people inside and i had a pistol but it was put away! and i waas asking what is happing on the video but no one answered!who shot me was @ReissSS  yeah! but you shoot my friends inside when we was hiding scared

@Bill White Thats all good mate. it was chaotic its all in the heat of the moment.
We were just pissed off in the way it whent down since people at the diamond mine have a sort of mutual agreement not to rob each other. before every one just starts robbing everyone at blood diamonds.
it is a good way to make money and i dident want to see that get spoiled.
Robbery's  just happen too often more then good RP to be honest the only thing you hear is this is a robbery 3 2 1 thats not fun RP.
i withdraw my report also because John had a good talk with people yesterday!

Oke let me add something, 2 of tck did something wrong? We did nothing not my fault that you run around in a gunfight with your handgun out everybody would kill you if we didnt do it maybe LD killed you.

Okay, the report has been withdrawn but i would like to just say something anyway. 

@ReissSS @Bill White - Remember even tho its an active firefight rule 1.7 still apply. Here i think you guys was a bit to trigger happy as these guys landed and ran straight into the church and stod there.  They wouldn't know of the gun fight and was clearly processing blood diamonds and not hostile. You need to look at these factors too.

@Steve Coldman @noiix2 @JohnMayer - You guys needs to step up your game. Go have a good read of our rules, if you dont understand something or is unsure we are always happy to answer your questions on ts. Remember, its no stupid questions only stupid answers.
