Please (in detail) describe the incident
well i was driving around kavala seen max shoot at someone and the person he was shooting at said "help he is shooting at me for no reason" so i run after max to speak with him but he not once responded and said anything he just kept running away .I chased him to the top of a building he climbed the ladder and i followed him as soon as he got to the top he pulled his pistol again not saying anything and knocks me out and while i'm knocked out he tries to shoot me again without any form of rp and kills me . the first section of the vid shows him RDMing me and the second part is evidence of ben breaking rp and failing to RP .
I would like to note that they both logged of the server and were not traceable to be contacted as i did check ts but i didn't see them .
