I was responding to a gas station robbery and was talking to another officer to get details on the robbers from here i then arrive as to negotiate and before i was killed telling my patrol their RDMing as no initiation (from what i hear) was given. After officers arrive. An off duty officer was also their will griggs who from his angle agreed they didn't innate and started using discriminating words

As u can see and hear from my and Tigerforce his recording, there guys only shouted get in your car and then opened fire. And then when i ask the guys what happend one of the two decides it is needed to call me retarded. Totally unacceptable IMO.

I did have my perceptive, however since its been 4 days decided to delete old footage thinking it was over, Oliver said to the first police on seen to get in his car and drive, cop gets out the car i shoot the car ( not damaging him to let him know were armed), clearly not thinking for his own life Tiger force to come back round into the open area where two armed guys are and gets gunned down. Will also doesn't value his life and not only, rps interestingly by talking to police in team speak and enters a armed robbery with a pistol and then procedures to try and hide round the corner and gets gunned down because of it. In the Tiger force clip now seeing it i see that he didn't hear Oliver shout to him, assumes RDM when i don't hit him on purpose and overall it was a bit of a shit show.

Another note no one has reached out to me or Oliver due to this issue, Will was sent on his way at the scene and after the medics got Tigerforce up took us to prison, never mentioned anything again.

Okay am going to break down your response.

right you cannot just say get in your car and then start shooting that fail RP mate

clearly not thinking for his own life

their was no initiation and i needed to find cover as am getting shot from unknown position and so i request backup so i was thinking of my own life but you never threatened me

Don't use forums much so i'm going to bullet-point instead.

1. Considering the fact that his exact words were ' i need you to get back in your car and drive away' x 3 followed by 'right thats it', which was then followed by me shooting at the top of your car, you then decide to run around a building and then pull out your gun, walk behind your car with your gun pointed at me and Oliver puts you down.

2. Again, following orders from 2 armed gunmen while waiting for assistance, the logical idea would be to get a viewpoint, instead you run behind your car and stood 8m in-front of Oliver, considering you had a man on the inside, not smart to 1v2 which again in a real life situation wouldn't happen. (not sure but patrolling/reacting to a situation as a lone officer in a vehicle, is incorrect procedure?)

3. Lastly, during the 30 - 40 minute encounter, when did you post this?, you only decided to ask once? Was it once we were sat in the lobby and waiting for someone to say something during the car ride, when i spent the time RPing with the PCSO?

4. I assume you mean the situation, of four of you rolling up to the Drug Dealer in Kavala?, All of you jump out, hands on your head or you'll be shot?, not the best RP but we complied the last person who you hadn't seen was in the church/ seller HQ and again repeated saying please get in your truck and drive away!. However one of you ran into the building not knowing where he was and sprayed him down, again sanctity of life being poorly displayed

along with this with will griggs recording you can hear your mate saying something which isn't aloud on this community.

i am happy to explain this to my police command only unless staff requests why i was alone i will not answer this on this report.

How did i not value my life, and i did not talk to anyone in TS during the situation... I was alone, in the West Altis lounge, i dont know how you got that info but it is fake...

0:07 Kieran pulls up to the gas station
0:12 Kieran steps out of his vehicle. You can hear someone faintly tell him to not get out the car as he is already getting out and then to get back in the car as shots start flying towards him
0:15 After receiving shots towards him Kieran assumes that he is being fired upon. I feel this is a normal assumption seeing as he is responding to an armed robbery and shots are landing very close. 
0:17 Kieran calls for backup as he feels he is being RDM'd
0:20 Kieran gets told to get back in the car as he gets shot

From Kierans pov I can conclude that @MEMER4lyf or Oliver stone did not 1. Give you enough time to comply with the order of leaving nor getting back in your car before shooting towards you. You claim these are warning shots but how is Kieran supposed to know this? He can't unless you tell him and if you don't he will assume you were trying to kill him.
2. You did not provide any high quality roleplay before shooting. I'd even say you didn't provide him with any roleplay before shooting except some yells from far away that could barely be heard over the helicopter. It's your job to make sure he hears your demands, if you are too far away for him to hear you that's your fault.

Moving to Will Greggs pov I don't see that much of an issue in you shooting him as he threatened you in an on-going shootout. However in the future be careful with your language there is no need to use words such as "retard" towards another player. This is an adult community. By that I mean everyone should act like an adult and have fun.

Conclusion
@MEMER4lyf - I will be issuing a warning for 2.2 for shooting towards the police officer with no time to comply. Even though these were "warning shots" they are what started the whole situation. The only time you should issue warning shots like that is when the other party is aware that they are warning shots otherwise it's easy to jump to the conclusion that they are not warning shots

Ollie Stone - I I will be issuing a warning for 2.2 and 7.1.3 for not giving the officer enough time to comply with your demands and shooting without engaging in any sort of roleplay. In the future I expect you to be giving demands and roleplaying with the people before shooting. In this situation the cop did pull his weapon and get behind cover but that was caused by your friend shooting above his car. Though Kieran did pull a weapon you could've easily told him to put it down and he could've responded with that he wouldn't because he is being shot and you could've explained that those where warning shots and defuse the situation but instead you decided to shoot him. 
In the future I'd expect both of you to provide much better roleplay in hostile sitatuions like these as this will be the only warning I'm going to give both of you for RDM.
