After being involved in an incident with TI in which I was left unconscious awaiting medics I was greeted, upon my awakening, to several hobo's being around me along with the medics. When I asked "what happened, he went on you continually say "get rekt" etc.. At one point in the video he even references OOC chat (me using the //) in voice chat. I think this is very poor RP and he even says at some point "Do you even know what having fun is", I feel this is extremely bad RP as who in the right mind would dance around a badly wounded officer shouting "get rekt" and when asked why he was saying that would respond with "Do you even know what having fun is". The player was no on TS even after asking him to come to Teamspeak so I could not resolve it with him.

Further more I was just speaking to a good friend of mine @Fluqi when this situation came up. He remembered an unfavorable situation coming up with this gentleman in the past (a couple months back) and the only reason he was not reported then was due to Fluqi's terrible internet upload speed which would have meant it would not have been posted soon enough. In the video he is very rude towards Fluqi shouting "Its only a game" and "get a life" and even restrain glitches and attempts to kill him after being pulled out of the car. I feel that acting like this in a serious roleplaying community is out of order and shouldn't be tolerated.

Sorry for posting on the Report but with more evidence against the accused coming to light, I feel it is appropriate.

I apologise in advance if me posting here is the wrong thing to do but since my video of my interaction with Mattc in the past has been provided as evidence against him, i feel it's necessary for me to do so. 

This happened around the 9th of January. The only reason it was not reported was because of my god awful internet and then YouTube not processing properly. By the time the video was ready, it was longer than the designated 24 hours to report someone. 

In this video, it shows Matt talking on teamspeak whilst restrained, him being very rude and aggressive towards me, him stating that this is a game and that I need to get a life and ofcourse him attempting to shoot me when he got out of the car. Now, you can argue that the shooting was him tabbing back in, but he turns towards me. There is no way tabbing back in the game would do this. 

Not only did he do the above, which in my opinion broke several rules. He also combat logged on me once when I had him in restraints and was taking him to the police station to hand him in and roleplay. Although, I have no proof of this and it cannot be proven. 

Once again, I sincerely apologise if me posting this was the wrong thing to do and it won't happen again.

@SPC MasonOn a side note, it irritated me how you ignore the medic that is trying to roleplay with you and seem more focused on typing in OOC chat to these trolls... in future just ignore them and continue the current roleplay situation then speak to them afterwards. I can imagine it was a bit awkward for the student but credit to him for continuing.
