A friend and i got out a car and robbed someone, he put his hands up and his friend who we could not see, shot us with no initiation, they refused to come to ts and said for us to read the rules.

I cannot see the problem, you tried to rob him and hes friend helped, in real life if you were in a situation like that you probably would not go over and tell them to stop...
