Please (in detail) describe the incident
Myself, SPC Roban and PCSO Gareth Callahan were on a standard patrol when we heard gunshots from the Kavala drug dealer area. We've decided to go and respond to said gunshots, arriving on the scene roughly one minute later. There were multiple casualties in the surrounding area so we I decided to search the area for potential suspect.
I've started running towards the hospital when I've seen a man with handgun in his hands running around. That was Martin Lagina. As he was the only visibly armed person in the area I thought it would be a good idea to talk with him and request him to holster his weapon. As I approach him he started running away around a house, I ran behind him telling him to put down that weapon, and asking him once again (not initiating rubbers or teasers or using threats on his life). He turned around and said "stop it or I will kill you", which I personally consider as a extremely poor RP, I pointed my rubber weapon at him telling him that there is no need for that and again asked him to put his weapon down. After this last request he probably decided that he doesn't have time to bother with RP and shot me down on the spot. I've immediately texted him in //direct offering him chance to apologise and stating that he's put absolutely no effort in Roleplaying said situation (as you can see on the screenshot). After me being shot, PCSO arrived at the scene and on TS asked if he should revive me, even though I considered situation as RDM, I told him not to and waited there for 5 minutes. SPC meanwhile caught Marty Lagina and took him to the station for questioning. After being revived I went down to the PD to speak with him. As soon as I arrived I told him I'm gonna pass him a note or two and tried to speak with him once more in //direct. He said that he doesn't have time for that and started swearing. I asked SPC to resolve on Marty's case, regarding this situation and his big bounty as I felt any ticket or sentence I would issue him could look unfair, or look like I'm trying to get my revenge.
I believe that there was so many ways how to easily roleplaying that situation without firing a single shot, however I've seen no effort from him to even try. As he was in no direct danger from me, neither he's been initiated on, I feel there was no need or sufficient RP to unload his Rook into my face.
