What best describes this incident: NLR / deleting of character
Please (in detail) describe the incident: So while in a RP situation i've noticed a player that hasn't been around for a while and basacally left the city for good even deleting his character. some how Mark has turned up in this situation witch i think he should've never been apart of, or remember anything of this stuff like being a founder nor being apart of Lantern MC as he has gone and left/ deleting his person.

this situation started from a ooc thing that got transfered in to city but as roleplayers we had to carry it on as it was now in the mix, we wasnt bothered about anything else as it is what it is and just wanna move on from it all.

this situation started from a ooc thing that got transfered in to city but as roleplayers we had to carry it on as it was now in the mix, we wasnt bothered about anything else as it is what it is and just wanna move on from it all.

Hi Chris, I'm confused as to what exactly was brought into city from outside? All i know is after the scenario was done Danny had his friend messaging me on snapchat, I also had discord messages, days prior from you and danny Calling me shit and asking me to fight because i asked you not to take your feelings ooc. all of this was OOC and due to RP scenarios that had been planned and RP'd out. Whereas the events in that clip unfolded due to yourself and danny wanting to "Grab the occult one by one" and having members that KNEW this, leave the club and go to occult, you even tried to have the member Mayhem'd (Killing of a member sanctioned by the club) as you knew this situation would happen. Look forward to figuring out what came from ooc, much love Bongo.
 
Hey @Christopher Hamilton it seems the first piece of evidence you have attached has since been deleted, as for the other evidence do you have any Session ID or anything in particular to show exactly who is 'Mark Smith'
 
1. I did not know i could not make a new person who looks the same as mark minus the big nose ? i had a appointment booked for plastic surgery anyway. i also played that i broke my phone and had a new one as i didn't know i couldn't make the same person.

2. If you knew i couldn't make myself again why didn't you say when i asked?

3. why was you happy to meet me and send me your number out of city just so i could contact you?

4. why delete things out of discord to try and cover your tracks of you breaking the meta rule?

5. if that's the case why kill someone off out the mc get them to create a new character then allow there new person back into the mc when you know your not aloud to have contact with the same people you was originally with?

This is a revenge post because i came in once on that day to say hello to everyone i haven't "meta" like you wanted me to i haven't transferred any assets.
They spent time and effort on a plan I had nothing to do with so why would i then meta and tell you and undo their hard work?

I just so happened to pop in on the same day. This is all because i didn't meta and inform you what was going on to the point u was messaging me out the city to ask what was going on whilst the situation was still on going which is "meta" then because i never told you in advance you told me you was done with me!

If staff would like to message me in discord i am more then happy to send the print screens of the proof to back myself up.

I did delete Mark as you will see however i never knew i could not remake him. Also you will see i have had a break for over 8 months and was just coming in to say hello to people and also once found out i couldn't be mark I have not been back in since and more then happy for you to do what you need to do.
 
I did message you am not gonna lie, I wanted to know what thing where about and why you was there when you shouldn't be.

This is not a revenge report as there was alot of people not happy about this, I will have them reply as am just here to show what not to do, not really gonna moan if nothings done just don't want it happening again.
 
No you deleted your messages asking me to come in and giving me Ur number which I have proof of even though you deleted it from discord luckily I got there first.

You can say what you like just because you got caught out and a situation didn't go your way.

It had nothing to do with me then you proceed to take it out of city to message me moaning saying you was done with me because you all got held hostage.

I also have you asking me to come back in and i also have proof of me asking you if I could come back in.

I don't get why your acting so childish just because I didn't meta and tell you of a situation that was already in motion.

To staff,
I can only apologise enough you have to put up with this he said she said rubbish it's like being back at school. However I didn't know I couldn't remake mark I hold my hands up and if I get banned then only right if I have broken a rule by the recreation of mark and will 100% not be doing it again if that is a rule break.

There is a couple of things that have, but I have no proof that's why nothings come of it.

Am sure whatever Danny Has said or his friends, you can sort that out in your own report as danny then can back himself there. The things I said was on the lines of tell you Bongo and other to stop moaning as it was getting out of hand ( "stop fucking moan lads and if you have a problem with what I was saying then "big woop fight me" or get over it" ). The "big woop fight me" was a saying, I don't who's offered to a IRL fight but am not that guy cos am not that sad.

I've let Mark know if he wants he can share what ever he likes the phone number and stuff, but its more the no RP behind it if there was or not, also Bongo ooc you and others where told about Marks deletion of his character, yeh you wasn't able to know IC but oh well.

Not after nothing big just maybe next time we could give it a good RP situation.

I will try to keep this short as I believe I have indirectly spun this thread a little off course with my reply, and I cannot apologise enough for doing so.

There were issues IRL but was always kept in discord, my biggest issue being the constant comments and insults in regards to real people connected to a roleplay situation.
Now, whilst you did say something along the lines of "big whoop, fight me" the full sentence was more like "Stop moaning, so what if I brought it ooc big whoop fight me"

It is very likely that around the time of mark deleting his character I was told, but as many that know me knows, I smoke too much to remember a conversation from around like 6 or 8 months ago even more so considering me and mark had stopped communicating until I had seen his character at AE, the day of and when I was told in discord about mark deleting his character I then asked mark about it, who basically told me what he did in the reply, that he did ask you and that he didn't know and was more convinced that he could due to chris happily sharing his number and whatnot.

Again I apologise for possibly causing the thread to turn away from the actual issue at hand which is the deletion and recreation of marks character and the possible meta from Chris

Okay without letting this report keep derailing, I believe all parties involved have had more than enough time to say their part. @townsy89 to keep it plain and simple for yourself, You decided to delete the character Mark Smith (76812) when that happened that character was essentially dead/missing/MIA whatever happened with him before the deletion but the fact is that you deleted him so when you created a new character called Mark Smith (112457) and are using the knowledge/information from your previous character you are now in breach of G3.5 Character Separation and ultimately might have possibly also been used to influence the course of the roleplay.

As for allegations of Metagaming without any proof, that is all it is just an allegation. If you believe that another player has broken a rule I'd advise you to create a player report as per the Report Guidelines
