TDG, I'm perfectly fine with aggressive RP especially when the situation is tense, there's risk involved and you're trying to get external threats out of the equation. I do feel however, going in aggressive on first contact encourages a situation to escalate and you may want to consider asking politely (or at least non-aggressively) at first then ramping up the aggression levels when they don't comply or to match the attitude given.
Mark, as stated in my initial post above, you were given multiple warnings to leave the area peacefully without any risk of a gunfight but you chose to throw the 'what you going to do about it' line at them and called in your gang for the simple reason you were offended. Just because someone threatens you and according to server rules you can start a gunfight, doesn't mean you should. I'll remind you that this is an RP server where you're supposed to RP that your life's important, and in this case, you simply ignored the fact these guys could shoot you if you didn't leave the area. Putting your life at risk in order to delay them so your gang could get set up doesn't sound like RP to me.
In addition, the very fact you used the 'or what' card, didn't simply leave the area and called in your armed gang suggests to me that you were baiting them into a gunfight.
With that said, after bouncing this off a few staff members for more opinions, we concluded that whilst what we see looks like baiting, the evidence provided in the posted videos leaves some questions as to whether this was a fully premeditated bait or simply an opportunistic encounter that spun out of control. As we don't have video from the other party, we're unable to know all the facts and I'm not going to ban someone on suspicion alone.
Mark this was exceptionally close to the bone here and given you're not long back from a previous ban, I would seriously re-consider the type of activities you take part in going forward. You'll be receiving a warning on this occasion, most likely your last, so it's up to you now to stay on the straight and narrow.
