Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hi all, Me and a few other friends were looking for a certain Marbunta member and trying to gain information on a certain gang member. We had kidnapped a marabunta earlier in the evening and gained a bit of information on other members. We then tried to kidnap two other members while they were entering a container, we had got one into zip ties and the other tried to shoot us. After killing the shooter we then tried to find a dodgy doctor. I then went searching throughout sandy shores and Paleto bay. I was unsuccessful and then phoned a friend for help on locations of a dodgy doctor. He sent me a GPS as you can see in the clip and I went there with the downed individual. The clip speaks for itself on what happened. I believe Mara had to of meta gamed this as the timing on them pulling up to that dodgy was too good to be true. As you can see from the clip the mara got revived and tried stalling to allow extra time. He does this by eating. (I had told him to stop eating and he carried on). I believe this is NVL as well. After the situation happened I asked to go to discord to try and sort the situation out with a clip, this is where many of the mara members said they had followed me from Paleto to the dodgy doctor. As you can also see in the clip that I was clearly not being followed, I tried going to discord with mara to try and get a POV of someone who was following me. They failed to provide any clips. Overall, I think what mara did was unfair as it will affect many storylines with people involved as in roleplay they may know who I am and the people I was with. I think that because of this rule break, no storylines should be spoiled. Thank you for taking the time to read this report.

hello this is the evidence from the groupie what I did tell you everything in QE but you didn't want to listen and decided to bring this here .. in qe you was making sly comments and seemed like you just wanted the report up .. i just have to say you had a hustler with you when we are on a cool down plus they turned up and started getting involved what breaks the teaming rule ..the hustler involved called for backup from other hustlers.. is this role player you're talking about is hiding the fact you had a hustler with you ?? as he said in the QE that he didn't know it was mara but they was wearing bright blue mara stuff ??

Hi Misift, this will be my only reply as I think it is pretty clear for staff to review. (Unless stated to reply further). Firstly, I would like to mention that in the discord call I made it quiet clear that I would've liked to see a POV of someone who was following me. You mentioned multiple times that you followed me from Paleto to the dodgy doctor. There is no evidence of this except from a message in a group chat. How did you know I was in paleto in the first place. I took two of the mara members to about 4-5 different locations before and was with them for about 10 minutes or so. As you can see in the clip that I was very paranoid of being followed so I check behind me nearly every 10 seconds. I did this throughout the interactions and didn't see anyone following whatsoever. From not seeing anyone following this lead to me thinking one of the mara members kidnapped was screen sharing so you can see where they go and pull up. All these messages on the group chat could've been sent from a different location while watching a screen share so it doesn't give me any confidence in believing your story. I would also like to state the fact that there were multiple people who joined the discord who wasn't part of the situation which were the ones making comments. I didn't make any stupid comments whatsoever. Every time I spoke it was asking questions and talking relevant to the situation. I took you discord to help me believe that your story was true, (Providing a clip). The discord call didn't feel me with much comfort of this so I decided to take it to the forums. As I mentioned before that this could result in many roleplay relationships being ruined. And to mention the hustler member - He didn't know about any mara members until I turned up and by then it was too late and he was forced into the scenario, (the shootout). He is a friend of mine who was helping find a dodgy doctor. Thank you for your time.

Can you please clarify your involvement in this scenario for me, please?

The screenshots provide context, but it does not explain everything. "Tommy Twinkle" finds them in Paleto and relays this to the rest of the crew; as we can see, he also says they're going to the City via Great Ocean; this is correct, at the time. The reporter deviates and ends up in Grapeseed. There is no relayed communication in the group chat about their deviation. Tommy then posts a few minutes later they're going to a dodgy location, along with another person asking if anyone is checking dodgy doctor locations, where Tommy reiterates he is checking- this suggests to me he's lost visual sight of the vehicle and is no longer pursuing, as he is checking, not following. How did Tommy then end up at the dodgy on the other side of the map to the last 'reported' location so quickly?

Furthermore, there were quite a few Marabunta in that situation. Is there no footage of anyone's perspective that can be supplied?

Hello I personally have no clip sorry , but as you can see in the group chat we found the doctor location at 12;21 return back there 12;37 to see if anyone was there and then return again at 12;52 to find them there with my members in zip ties we knew where the doctor was so we are going to keep looking there as anyone would do. and i was driver of the car tommy was in

How did you know where the dodgy doctor was? They change location each restart, right?
What prompted you to check for dodgy doctor locations?

when dom1 said he got robbed we was in paleto and had a look on the way down as can see in the group chat

dom gets robbed at 12;15 and calls it out in group chat .. me and tommy head to city finding the doctor on the way and carry on to the city, as we do this unc finds the robbers with grayson and they gps we then do not hear no more from unc or grayson after this mara looks all over the city and sandy ect .... we keep going back to the doctor to keep checking if they are there , we then find them there at 12.52

I need more detail than that; you're travelling from Paleto to the City because one of your lads was robbed, and there's a likely sense of urgency, and you decide to reroute and check for a dodgy doctor? It seems awfully out of the way for no apparent reason; what prompted you to seek it out?

Can you describe your actions on that night? (And by proxy, Tommy also, as you were a pair from what I gather) Ideally, from the initial "I've been robbed...meet at shop" messages right to the very end, where you found your lads at the Dodgy Doctor.

Also, no rush to reply; the holidays are upon us, and the report will not be actioned until you're able to answer my questions given the holiday (i.e. busy) season.

Dom got robbed and stated he had been robbed in the groupie and to get ready meaning we would go to fight/look for the people who did it, we proceeded to head down to meet up and this situation is the reason we had found the dodgy in the first place. This dodgy Doc in the clip is a location we have been to as a gang multiple times before and it's just off the motorway we only had to take a rough 30 second detour to find it, we did go to others on the way to meetup. I personally thought about looking for the doctor as we knew people are most likely to get downed .. me and Tommy are on way to city and Unc says he's found the Neo, just after he does this we find the doctor shown in the clip and head straight to Unc's location and find a smashed up Neo, but Unc wasn't there, this puts a alarm in my head thinking my gang members have been killed so we go looking for them. We go back to the doctor and no one was there so we check a few other places, Tommy spots them on Paleto beach and sends GPS so we wait for the other members to come to Paleto, however they leave heading down Great Ocean Highway and I had to repair the car so we lost them, At this point, we know at least one of our members is down in the back of the car so we went back to the doctor to double check again, we then find them there with Unc in zip ties so i shot, there was no metagaming at all it was just a common doctor location and we found it before they found it so we are obviously going to keep checking like anyone would do.

this doctor is literally just off of the main highway coming down from Paleto to city so wasn't out of are way at all

I am satisfied with the explanation provided by @misfit6660, in line with the chatlogs supplied, that no metagaming took place. Initially, I was confused, and I did agree with your initial assessment @_Zino of metagaming; however, after a detailed explanation, I do not believe metagaming took place. It was poor luck, timing, and planning, unfortunately.

I wish you both well as we head into the new year
