Basically we were doing Drug Smuggling there was a shootout previously before I arrived I had my weapon unholstered but I did not show a treat to anyone else nor did I have the intention to shoot anyone else as I was seen just selling my goods which was my intention to do so and leave, However myself and some stranger were shot and killed while we were doing our selling.

My friend Ryan had killed someone towards the other side however I was not involved in the situation and there was nowhere for them to know we were friends. We spoke on Teamspeak however we can't agree on the same terms.

Before you arrived your friends where shooting towards rebels on the island and later on you are aproaching with your guns out. There where 2 friends of me on the island aswell not involved and later on I see 2 of your friends killing 1 of us. @Justin Smithy If you use common sense what would you expect if you are staying with your gun pointed out in the area where my friend got killed by armed rebels? You have confirmed in our TS conversation that you was aware that your friend was killing someone close to you when your gun was pointing out aswell.

I have told you in TS that whenever your are in a active gunfight and you are pointing your gun out than it is your choice to risk your life. If you don't want to risk it you have to holster your gun and go away.

Yes I overheard that my friend was killing someone due to he had killed someone else however As seen in the evidence provided I was not involved in the situation. Just because someone shoots someone else does not give you the right to kill everyone else because of someone else's actions on the island without any interaction. Having my weapon out is not a reason either not to mention weapon was not pointed towards anyone nor was it discharged towards someone.

Hello,

I was the digi hummingbird flying around the island. Here is my point of view from the sky:

I inserted Novak and Malawaka on the west of the island and then started to circle around the island 10 minutes, before I brought Novak to Athira hospital. While I was flying around, I saw you and your friends crossing the bridge with the HMMET's. After a few minutes I saw your friend sneaking up from the north to Novak, which I said on teamspeak. However since we weren't in a gunfight, we didn't care. At around 50m from Novak, your friend opens fire to Novak without saying one word to him, or even being in range to say something. From that point the gunfight started. I told Malawaka there were others with guns out at the trucks, then you guys got shot.

I hope my point of view will help this situation.

After close inspection there are a couple things that stick out to me.

Number one is the fact that your friend who was downed on the island, was giving out information even though he was downed. That as I'm sure you are aware if not something you do in this case. I would request that you tell me who your friend is who had his name hidden and was giving out information during this time. 

Secondly, you are doing an illegal run, fair enough. You have your guns out while approaching the situation, and you know your friend is killing people and is actively in a fight, and as you arrive on the bridge, you check to see people on the island with your gun out. Now if that were me I would be pretty damn sure that you have come with your friend. There may not be any clear indications of you being friends, but expecting for everyone to know that is very bold.

He wasn't personally my friend just was apart of the group the person is named Vaxx ((Not sure how it's spelt)) 

I had two friends waiting across from the Bridge as you can see at (1:15) however when I went over towards the Drug Dealer on the Island and started selling my goods the guys without the GPS Signal were not my friends nor ours.

The thing about you crossing to the island while your mate is on the other side killing people and presumably you expect not to get shot in an active fire fight even though your friend is taking out people. There is an active firefight including your gang member and you have guns out not too far away at all, what did you expect? The thing is, even if you are not directly involved, but you pointing your gun around while in an active situation, will get you shot most times. 

Also Please tell Vaxx to either reply here, or just tell him he's not supposed to use TS while being dead and give away info regarding enemy positions.

When I reached the island there was no shots.  Personally I don’t feel that people   not involved in the situations shouldn’t be killed for other people’s actions. I was clearly just selling my stuff and the only reason the gun was out is due to its an Illegal job. But if you feel I was in the wrong feel free in closing this.

I have no communication with Van as she was removed from the gang shortly after that.

This has been an instance of your friend having a firefight with someone, and due to you being around the area with weapons out and having stood in the middle of the fight, it is an unfortunate event of you getting shot being deemed involved, due to your friend. 

The report will be rejected as there was no rule break, other than Van using TS to give away information during a firefight even though she was downed.
